What's the point of an app that won't load?

Have repeatedly tried to use the app only for it to open asking me to wait for the interviews to load, then after a moment saying it can't and to try again. I've tried again. And again. On different days. The app doesn't do a thing.
Doesn't work!!!

The app was great back when it worked, but now it crashes on my iPhone 6 (iOS 8.4.1) every time I open the interview directory. So it's just a really slow-loading ad for their sponsor Rolex. Thanks guys.
