Chinese messages on screen. Why?

This app worked well until I got a message in Chinese across my screen. Every time I start this app it appears. App support has not contacted me in weeks. I refuse to use app until this is solved. I am not the one the one with this problem. I've talk to others that have remove the app and reinstalled it and the problem is still there. I am giving this two stars because of what appears to be their lack of support. Don't buy any large amount of time because you may loose it.
Account Suspension

I have written to you before and I’m still writing again for you to see restore my account, I paid for a 30 days monthly subscription for a calling number, only for it to get suspended after I send few text messages to my business clients.
I demand that the suspension on my account be lifted otherwise I may consider seeking legal action for damages.

Buggy as hell. I used this three years ago and it worked great. Now it ends all calls after two rings. Do not spend your money on this. Looks like a rip off. You can't send feedback ether because after you verify your email it tells you it's invalid. Scam alert!
