Really?

So now at 24 HR Fitness they take out the earphone jacks to hear the monitors. You are REQUIRED to download their app on your phone if you want to hear the monitors. 24 Hour contradicts Themselves. They encourage you to keep your valuables secured either in your car or locked in your locker. But now they require you to use our phones, which could range up to $1,000. And if you, if you become a victim they will not assist you and turn your backs on you. I have seen this first hand. This is obviously a marketing ploy which they will gain from. I am looking for another place to go.
Unreliable at best

Simply stated, good luck using this app. In about 12 uses at Planet Fitness, it’s worked about 6 times. When it works, it takes about 10-15 minutes for it to finally connect via the “venue scan.” Right now, I’m still trying to use it after 13 minutes on treadmill... IF i connect, the audio is hit or miss (cuts out, scratchy, etc.). Wish I had better news folks!

Garbage app. Most days it won’t connect at all despite reinstalling the app. Whatever planet fitness is paying for this service, they are overpaying. Basically a total waste of time and resources. Either fix it, or dump it for a better service please.
