I use CoverageSearch regularly in our Neurology Clinic to search formulary availability for specialty meds for our interdisciplinary team. It is quick, easy to use, and so far hasn’t steered me wrong. I recommend CoverageSearch to both inpatient practitioners planning discharge meds and outpatient practitioners— especially our medical residents. Thank you for making CoverageSearch! It is improving patient care!!

I was frustrated with app because it constantly forced closed every time I input a med. I was contacted by the developer with a suggestion to delete CoverageSearch and reinstall. I did this and the bugs are fixed! I am changing it back 5 stars! I love that it has generic alternatives if you click the med link! Very helpful!

CoverageSearch saves me time and spares my patients from any frustrations or surprises at the pharmacy counter. I can find the preferred drugs on multiple plans and even provide a rough estimate of copays to patients. Now I can start a prior auth before I send the prescription. It's brilliant!

Works really well and is an invaluable tool in clinic. Frequently gets stuck in data downloading mode for hours and cannot be used during that time.

While I love this resource I wish I. Old see the number of lives covered for each plan and the sub plans as well. I use CoverageSearch several times a week.

I have not had trouble getting it to work on either my phone or iPad.

CoverageSearch was great until the latest update! Now I can not use it because it closes before I can even attempt to put in medications! Please fix this problem ASAP!

Currently, it will not load any formulary information. I know it has to update throughout the year but it hasn’t worked for awhile now. I have deleted CoverageSearch and reinstalled it. Still will not work.

Cannot use since February of this year. Opens but is stuck searching. Have deleted and reinstalled multiple times with no luck.

You can instantly see what is covered on which plan. No call backs from the pharmacy.

The information is inconsistent. I find myself always updating by deleting and or reinstalling .

I work in specialty pharmacy and CoverageSearch has been an industry need for quite some time. Great work!

CoverageSearch used to work well, but now it continues to freeze at downloading data. I’ve deleted it and re-downloaded twice, it works briefly, the reverts back to the downloading data stage. Very frustrating.

Great app when it was working, however now it constantly crashes before you can get any information

Timeliness is not happening here. The updates lag reality by a long time. Would like to see this program update quicker, because it is a great tool

Would love to see Medicare Part B added for approved drugs/injectables in surgery

Just downloaded CoverageSearch and used it on a few patients. Seems to work well. Great to use when you get a rejection from the pharmacy - would take at least 15 minutes talking to insurance companies to figure out what is covered - CoverageSearch seems to take less than 60 seconds!
