I have got e-papers that were for 1 euro for 3 weeks then totally forgot about it and had to pay 200 euros. After that of course I wanted to unsubscribe but I couldn't enter my account never existed. They are still asking money for the content I am not even using. And they are threatening me to sue me??? Still trying to fix this subject. Now that I am abroad can't even call them and they are not responding to my emails. Weirddd?
Hello, I have cancelled my ZEIT ONLINE subscription after first payment ( 140 EUR 05.Mar.2021 ) using PayPal service. I don't read your content, I'm not interesting it anymore. I don't understand why I still get letters with bill. I'm totally dissatisfied of that, please solve this issue. Sergey Filipenko

Leider ist die neue Zeit App furchtbar umständlich zu bedienen. Sie ist langsam, unübersichtlich und hat eine absolut unfreundliche Benutzeroberfläche. Die Zeit sollte sich ein Beispiel an vielen anderen guten Nachrichten Apps nehmen. Hervorragend ist zum Beispiel die BBC App.
