I’ve been living in a rented room with all my books in boxes and have appreciated having this app. Today I was shocked to find a new app and a new logo! The Bahji compass works, now, and although I liked the former format (I found several now-beloved prayers because I had to scroll past them to find the one I wanted) I will easily adjust to the new one. I do miss my picture of the Shrine of Baha’u’llah behind my counter as I liked to gaze on it a while in advance of starting the counter. Overall, this app is a gem.

This prayer book comes with a compass, so you always know what direction to face for your obligatory prayer if you’re out of the house for the day or traveling. It also has the Hidden Words in a pleasant format which you can memorize when you’re traveling to pass the time. And when new prayers are translated, the makers of the app make an update to add them, which is really exciting. It’s a really easy app to recommend to friends and new Bahá’ís who want to see Bahá’í prayers or the direction to face for the obligatory prayers. The makers truly put a lot of prayerful thought into creating the experience of this app.

Would like to see photo/picture of the shrine of Baha’u’llah. Don’t know if this app had that feature previously (before the most recent update) as the background on the 95 taps page. The Shrine disappeared; I prefer something more than a blank background.
