Contact Find My Car Support

I had been using this app for years and worked great. Always reliable. Recently I went to an NFL game and after parking the car I marked its location on the app like I always did. When the game ended I turned on the app like I always did and followed its instructions. WRONG the Find my car app showed I was at the car’s location, but the car was no where near and I could tell I did not park there. An hour later and walking for what seemed miles I finally located my car. According to the app, my car was nowhere close to where I was standing. Thanks a lot Find my Car app! You’ve become useless! If you enjoy walking for hours looking for your car, get this app. If you’d like to find your car, don’t.

This app is supposed to help me find my car. Unfortunately it’s telling me my car is three blocks over. The interface isn’t great. After dropping a marker you should me able to view the picture you took but instead when you tap on the marker it just gives you the option to take another picture. So this app does NOT help you find your car and you can’t easily find pictures and information about whatever you parked easily. That makes this app useless.

I purchased this app specifically for the convenience of being able to create a marker using my Apple watch. The Watch app simply does not work. I have used the watch to create markers in three different locations. All of the markers were dropped at least 1.4 and up to 3.2 MILES away from where my car was. The Watch app is useless. I want my money back.
