Symbol Keyboard Character Pad Reviews

Initially I would’ve rated SymbolKeyboardCharacterPad 5 stars. it was simple, had every symbol and wing ding you could think of and the main reason the integrated iOS keyboard extension. Previously under keyboards you had to assign it full access to be used within the keyboard when used in apps, etc. Now that’s no longer there to grant access and it crashes upon trying to enable it on the KB extension. So thus making it totally useless to me. Using UniChar atm but its not 100% free nor has a space bar option when its enabled. If the dev of SymbolKeyboardCharacterPad fixes the issue I will be happy to redownload and update my review.

SymbolKeyboardCharacterPad is the worst! I purchased it so I can have the peace symbol which it then doesn't offer and less it's the purple one which I already get with my Phone. There's constant advertisements that keep popping up and it keeps trying to sell me on a new app. I've wasted hours trying to locate and contact SymbolKeyboardCharacterPad designer inquiring about the few symbols I can't find and the reason I purchased SymbolKeyboardCharacterPad I give it negative stars!!

Well, it isn’t all bad but there’s one thing so this isn’t SymbolKeyboardCharacterPad u will be looking for because it doesn’t let u do anything cool or stuff like u want, I mean maybe that’s why your looking in reviews to see if it’s cool, well u came to the right person who cares lol so it isn’t bad but it’s kind of hard to use that’s all and it’s not the type u will be looking for I got some apps if u want one that’s cool! So I’ll tel u now! Cool fonts, and text faces, there so much better to use TRUST ME <3

I love the variety and beyond their necessary use – I prefer adding visual appeal to a missive with this collection, opposed to the juvenile emojis.
I just wish there was a way to reorganize the groups. As, unless one is quite multilingual, I don’t imagine many of the groups have any value to a general American writer.

Yes me again... Hi developer took u long enough. After seeing 3 of your crappy symbol apps I am pleased to say I have finally found one that has worked. Yes, I think this needs a little organization, but other wise, it’s pretty cool. I like how you’re able to delete the symbols you don’t want, but there are hieroglyphic symbols so you should definitely check it out viewer! It’s a biiiiiiiigg plus from your last apps developer.... you would have got four stars if you hadn’t have made me lose some brain cells🙄.

Does what I need it to, though I wish you could create a more permanent set or list of your most common used symbols in the order you want them, because I use various symbols from many different sets and the recently used works for the most part, but some symbols I need occasionally slowly work their way to the bottom or even off the list and then I have to try and find it again.

I like SymbolKeyboardCharacterPad , there’s a wide range of symbols and you can pick and choose which categories of symbols will be available on your keyboard so it isn’t too cluttered. My only gripe is that there doesn’t seem to be the regular male and female gender/Mars and Venus symbols. There are other gender marking symbols and every other planetary symbol, but not those two which I type a lot and have to go and copy and paste from elsewhere.

Has the most keyboards that I have seen, unlike other keyboards, SymbolKeyboardCharacterPad allows one to remove all the keyboards that one does not need. Well done!

I’ve been using this for making books and other cute things and I love it! I’ve used SymbolKeyboardCharacterPad for about almost a year and I think everyone should download it!

I don't know what would be a better way to arrange what looks to be every glyph known to Unicode. Are use a lot of different keyboards, but there's always something they don't include. This is where I can usually find what's missing. If I don't find it, I blame my lack of patience.

i love SymbolKeyboardCharacterPad so much and everything is for free!! well i think. so far it’s great and really easy to use. there are like tens of thousands of symbols to choose from in all different languages. a must have. i really love SymbolKeyboardCharacterPad, and it makes everything aesthetic and pleasing to look at. i don’t know if SymbolKeyboardCharacterPad has a 100 word challenge but i’ll try to put in a 100 words because i want all the fonts. i really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really recommend SymbolKeyboardCharacterPad to you.

This has lots of cool symbols and it’s all organized, but I don’t fully agree with HOW it’s organized. I can tell a lot of work went into this so I don’t mean to be rude but please keep reading! I think it would be better if you could see all the symbols at once, or if there were less categories. The search option is super helpful as well, but there’s lots of cool symbols you wouldn’t even think to search for.
My suggestion is that you don’t have to scroll and scroll and scroll, just have all the symbols available to see, or have less categories. It would make SymbolKeyboardCharacterPad easier to navigate. Thank you for reading and please take my suggestion into consideration!

I love to use SymbolKeyboardCharacterPad just for Instagram or just to make my bios and stories nicer. There are many options and there is a large variety. The only thing that’s hard is to look for a category, you have scroll down a lot which can be annoying in the beginning. Otherwise I love SymbolKeyboardCharacterPad!

i realy recomend better fonts you can type in normal letters to its just amazing

SymbolKeyboardCharacterPad is amazing, and I’ve used it so much and the fact that it doesn’t needs full access And is 100% free makes it perfect, but it is hilarious seeing the reviewers being mad that they didn’t get all the different modern cringeworthy fonts, and Thats not what SymbolKeyboardCharacterPad is for. Amazing app, you have everything you could ever have!

It’s got almost all the symbols I want and need, and it’s great decor when writing for fun! Although it may be a bit difficult to navigate, it’s worth it when you figure it out! Well done! And to those who don’t know how to activate it, go to keyboard settings in settings, go to keyboards, then add keyboard, and then fonts, and then click it and allow it full access!✌︎✿❤︎

Being able to search for a symbol or special character sets SymbolKeyboardCharacterPad apart from the others. It also has one of the most comprehensive list of symbols and special characters I've ever seen. Even cuneiform!
I don't use it as a keyboard, though that is a nice feature.
5+ stars if:
- I could pay to get rid of the startup ad.
- If there was a native iPad version

I thoroughly appreciate this keyboard. I find it useful and an aid for more effective communications. Plus, it doesn’t require you to grant “Total/Full Access” like all the other 3rd party keyboards. And it offers emojis so I was able to remove the default emoji keyboard.

Two areas for improvement are:
1) The symbol options really should be grouped by language and type. Specifically, all Latin symbols should be listed together and all “arrow” or “mathematical” symbols should be grouped together. I rearranged these manually and it took a wicked long time because of the sheer number of symbol types supported.

2) I wish they would add graphical networking/device symbols such as routers/modems, www, WiFi networks, hotspots, cellular, etc, etc.

I certainly thank the developer for creating such a robust symbol keyboard!

I mean, SymbolKeyboardCharacterPad has A LOT of choices and all that but, you can never find what you're looking for! And once you do find it, you've probably been looking for a life time! I downloaded SymbolKeyboardCharacterPad looking for the cute text symbols with the heart and star and stuff like that but I had to scroll and scroll and scroll until I found the star. Not including the other stuff I wanted. I don't recommend SymbolKeyboardCharacterPad. Just giving 5 stars to see the extra stuff...:( kinda disappointed.

SymbolKeyboardCharacterPad started out as a go-to tool, but only on a limited basis, however, as SymbolKeyboardCharacterPad has improved, it’s turning out to be a great set of fonts for my technical toolbox.

I would have given it 5 Stars, but there’s still some symbols that are missing and for reasons I can’t figure out why. With that being said, I would still recommend it.
