Hard to rate an app that doesn’t even open.... crashes every time no matter how many times you delete it and re-install. Just takes up space on your home screen!

If you're a new patient, you have to submit medical records and "seek acceptance from the board" to be a patient. Why? I'm sure they want to know that they can max profits out of new patients. After all even though it's a "non-profit organization," CEO George Hernandez is a multi-millionaire.
I was diagnosed with brain cancer four years ago. The oncologist that my neurosurgeon recommended was not covered by my health insurance, so I was assigned a doctor through the University Health System. After a few years under that doctor's impersonal care, I eventually left, when the recommended oncologist was now covered. I suggest you to keep searching. UHS is a very unprofessional and over-priced provider.

As a directionally challenged person I really need UHSSanAntonio to work. It's not user friendly. It's missing detail, descriptions of areas. Not up to date. Navigation is meh. Locate me with gps so I know where I am in this maze then provide me with some real options from there. Other apps do it. It looks like the start of a good app and then blah, I'm lost. I can just ask someone for directions instead.

From customer relations, to empathetic bedside manners, to better nursing and medical professional healthcare providers, to amazing new facilities and service standards, this facility and team have come a long way from any previous negative reviews I have seen. We come here serval times a year for our son for a variety of reasons. We have had 5-Star service and support every time. Hope this continues.
