Didn’t even work
I downloaded this and tried to make a trip for Charles de Gaulle in advance and the app wouldn’t let me. It kept taking me back to booking every time I asked for a quote. I even tried to use their website, and it had the same problem (error message and taking me back to the booking screen). Total waste of time.

They always cancel
I booked three days in advance, twice, no problems. The minute they were supposed to show up they called and said they had no vans available. Both times. Not using this company anymore!
