I have repeatedly tried to contact the developer to cancel my automatic renewal payment which they set you up on this app for the unlocked full version. No response whatsoever. I note in their Terms of Use paragraph 14 that they have a procedure to terminate your account but they do not include the email you’re supposed to send to to terminate (I have a screenshot with date stamp). I would consider that borderline fraudulent if you cannot cancel your account. I understand if you paid for the year and agreed to do so but I do not want to keep being billed yearly for an app I don’t want and desire confirmation that my account has been removed. In a follow up email I asked for an explanation of what I needed to do to terminate the account and make sure that the auto billing does not continue on with no response from the app developer. If the developer wishes to contact me to resolve this issue that will be fantastic otherwise I’m putting a block on this app so that it doesn’t bill me continually year-over-year. The other thing that you consumers need to watch is their agreement and your contacts and your information. After I read their terms I was not very comfortable with allowing them to handle and be in control of my personal and business contacts. This was my main concern for removing the app in the first place. How do we know what this app developer is doing with all of the contact information that’s being uploaded to them?

The app deleted many of my contacts ads that were not duplicates.
I downloaded the app because I had several hundred duplicate contacts and many emails that saved themselves as contacts without names or emails. When I downloaded the app, I received a text shortly after from a number that wasn’t saved in my phone. When I realized who the sender was, and they have been in my phones for 7 years, I immediately email the support. That was over a week ago with no response. I need to know how to fix it or if I need to reset my phone to a back up and lose the last 10 days or so of business.

Before this downgraded (but still expensive) newest version, it was easy to merge all duplicate contacts with the press of a button. Now, however, you must go into each duplicate contact individually and merge separately. This removal of the catch-all feature means that the app now affords only a minute convenience. If you have 300+ duplicate contacts, it will take you well over an hour to do what used to take less than 5 minutes. Very unfortunate. Reminds one of the old saying: “don’t fix it if it ain’t broke”. But they went ahead and broke it.
