How to fix YouCam Perfect app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the YouCam Perfect app on iPhone
Update YouCam Perfect app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall YouCam Perfect iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix YouCam Perfect on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve YouCam Perfect network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

YouCam Perfect Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix YouCam Perfect not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the YouCam Perfect App
1. On android, goto Settings » YouCam Perfect » click [Force Stop]

Update YouCam Perfect to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear YouCam Perfect App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » YouCam Perfect » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart YouCam Perfect.

Fix YouCam Perfect unable to contact server/ YouCam Perfect internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click YouCam Perfect » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto YouCam Perfect » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch YouCam Perfect
