I subscribed to iTVShows but know, it’s worse. I can’t see the shows’ info and iTVShows keeps deleting any tv show I add to it, day by day.
Can you fix it? In a matter of a fact, it’s a bummer, it used to be an amazing app for tv shows tracking.

And I'm so upset. iTVShows is DELETING the shows I've watched!! I don't have trakt linked or anything and it's still deleting my shows. There is ZERO way to contact the developer. The help link on his website does not work. I want my money back!

It is at least dishonest for a developer that we gave him our money and bought iTVShows in his begging to change iTVShows and make it with monthly payment and then lock iTVShows to not be able to use it anymore. When i bought iTVShows i could track as many tv shows as i wanted, now i have to erase everything in order to put some new.

I have used iTVShows for years and then they put a pay wall up if you have more than 30 shows you want to track. There are other free options out there so while I like the functionality of iTVShows it is not worth the money. At least they grandfathered in what you were tracking before the pay wall so I will give them kudos for that.

I used iTVShows constantly for years now, but as of the most recent update you’ve made it so iTVShows is now totally useless to me. By getting rid of the calendar view in iTVShows , and not having any other way to show what previously aired on past days, I can no longer tell what show had new episodes air, unless I check iTVShows widget daily to see what will air, or play a guessing game in the "to watch" section of, "did the number on this title go up?".

For someone like me who has very limited time during the week to watch shows, and tends to binge on her weekends, or wait for entire seasons to come out, getting rid of that feature killed iTVShows for me. I will unfortunately have to go elsewhere. I will admit though, the new visuals are lovely.

I have been using iTVShows for a while and I really like how easy it is to use. It’s great for keeping track of your shows and finding out when a new episode or new season will be available.

I only noticed one glitch since I have been using it. An FX show; Legion is showing as: to be announced. It’s actually starting season two today. I think that it’s probably more an issue with the network than with iTVShows , because another FX show I follow; The Americans, is up to date with episode availability.

iTVShows has been very reliable and I plan on continuing to use it. I don’t think that there’s anything better, especially considering it’s free.

I've tried several apps to track television watching. This is definitely a keeper. It has a well-designed GUI with a couple exceptions, and works as promised.

One major problem is that articles in show titles are sorted. Any show starting with the word "The" will show up under T. This makes no sense whatsoever, and actually violates editorial standards for sorting media titles. But worse, a suggestion to correct this was rejected by the developers, which is difficult to comprehend.

Again, this is a very good app and I recommend it to those looking for a way to track their television viewing. However, I wish the developers would see sense and correct such a prominent problem. My show listing under T has about 20 programs that don't belong there. Just go to any library and examine their sorting methodology. It isn't a matter of opinion.

Great app. Easy to use. I love to watch section. It makes tracking of new episodes easier.
The last time there is a big issue with synchronization. iTVShows shows episodes as unseen but watched them and checked them already. And the sync over iCloud between devices is faulty too. On one device in the section to watch I check episodes which I saw and on the other device they are still unchecked... I have to lower rating.
EDIT: In the last version still synchronization isn't working. Why we have iCloud option and it's not working?
EDIT2: I don't know what are you doing but instead of making iTVShows better you are making it worse. I mark episodes as seen and voilá they appear like unseen again! And I mark them over and over again as an idiot.
EDIT3: the last time falls. Is useless.

Beautiful interface on both iPhone and iPad. I love the way each show and the episode details are presented. The only bugaboo is syncing. It has always been tricky to keep that working. I use iCloud Drive for syncing, and the trick that seems to work for me is to disable and re-enable iCloud Drive access for iTV every time iTVShows gets updated. (Settings, iCloud, iCloud Drive, and toggle access for iTV off and back on.) I don't blame iTVShows makers for these issues, as iCloud itself has its own challenges.

All syncing issues aside, if you enjoy a lot TV, this is definitely an app worth having.

I honestly don’t know how I’d keep track of the dozens of shows I have in my library that are still airing without iTVShows. The new UI is beautiful and the rewrite does seem to be fixing a lot of the issues the older versions had. I’m happy to see that it’s still being worked on and that there seems to be plans for the future.

There are still some small issues that I experience that haven’t been fixed in the 6 years I’ve been using iTVShows , like selecting all episodes as watched but it still showing the show as unwatched, randomly things that have been 100% watched will become unmarked and when investigating there will be some random episode in the series that will be unmarked. The pull down to refresh is pretty much unreliable, takes forever and half the time doesn’t seem to be doing anything (This could be an Internet issue but since I experience over WiFi and cellular I assume it’s not)

The new app redesign is now functional and not plagued by glitches! It looks good to boot! The downside? They’ve removed some features, like the ability to collapse subheadings and look at what was recently on that you missed. The latter of which was probably the most useful feature in the entire app... I only really used iTVShows to see what had just played and what would play soon.

UPDATE: they readded functionality for the collapsible headings and shows you’ve missed, so I upped my rating one star. I still preferred the old separate tab to further distinguish the two sections and how it used to show you more than the last eight days. But the updates are moving in the right direction, so I’m hopeful they’ll go back to the functions of the old app with this much improved, glitch-free design.

This is one if my most used apps. It is great as to how up to date it is and how accurate it is

The only issue I have is when I tag some shows as favorites, if they are not currently active, ie to be announced or ENDED, they drop off my favorites. In many cases I am binge watching shows on Netflix and not up to date. It is annoying when they drop off my favorites. I have to keep adding them back. If I tag a show as a favorite, it should remain there regardless of its current status. No sure if iTVShows is still supported. I hope it is. It is an awesome app.

Like others said, I had been using iTVShows for years and had paid the full price to use iTVShows . Been through multiple iterations with this thing. Then it was broken for a long time and couldn’t add new shows or update anything. Now the developer fixes it and immediately changes “the business model” so that I have to pay an exorbitant price to repurchase the same app I’ve already had, or join the sea of companies that won’t sell your products anymore, you just rent them for the rest of your life. This subscription crap is out of hand. Every little thing you try to use you pay for monthly now. This should be illegal after I already owned and paid for iTVShows !! This is just a cash grab to squeeze more out

I have used iTVShows for a several years for one reason: simplicity. The other apps are too complicated, have too much useless features, or do not meet my need. All I have to do is to enter the name of the serial to add to the list. iTVShows allows me to track the “upcoming” and “recently broadcasted” as well as seeing which serial has ended. I can move the serial to the archives if I don’t want to be reminded of upcoming episodes.

The beauty of iTVShows is one-time fee for the feature-rich app without monthly charge. You can sync your database with Dropbox or iCloud. iTVShows is only one that allows me to add the Asian serials with original titles in Asian writing systems (Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and Thai). You can change the system language and/or the language of the serial titles. That is incredible feature.

The latest update (a first one in a very long time) resolved lot of technical issues. So, millions and millions of thanks to the developer for sticking with iTVShows and managing to push the long-awaited update out!!!

There was a long period of radio silence where newly premiering shows could not be found and added when searched for, or if they were found, their episode listings weren’t subsequently updated in a timely and accurate manner. I’m happy to report that the best way to keep track of your TV watching pastime is back and better than ever. Some recent reviews have faulted the developer for switching to a subscription model, but I find the value of iTVShows to be more than worth it; if it means they can keep iTVShows running ship-shape and avoid another long “commercial break” I’m all for it. I believe you, dear reader, will find you agree.

When my favorite tv tracking app (it was called "Episodes") was removed from the AppStore & stopped being supported, I went on a hunt for a new one. I tried all of them, & this one is the best of them by far! iTV3 syncs with iCloud & Trakt, it's well organized, & the interface is intuitive. I watch a lot of foreign shows from the UK, Canada, & Australia, & iTV has never failed to find any show's info- many of the other apps can't find foreign shows or shows that have been off the air for over 20 years. The layout of iTV is much better on an iPad than on an iPhone, but that's to be expected with the screen size difference. iTVShows earns an easy 5-stars!

This is a really great app. The genius feature to find new shows I might like is really nice. I've found a few good shows using the feature. The only mess ups I've found so far have been awards shows. They don't always alert me of an upcoming show. The only suggestion/frustration I have is maybe add the ability to specify regions. I have a couple Canadian shows like Lost Girl that I watch but they don't air in the U.S. On SyFy until a few months after they air in Canada, so I'm getting new program alerts when they aren't actually available here, so I have to remember to look for them at a later date and risk missing them. Even with that annoyance I give iTVShows 5 stars.

I have been using ITV Shows Apps since version 1. I love them. Tons of tv show apps have come and gone with various success but none in my opinion touch that of ITV Shows. So as soon as I saw ITV Shows 3 was out I purchased it immediately. The new interface is just gorgeous. iTVShows brought over all my shows from ITV Shows 2 with no problem. The only snafu I had was I'm in a weird Timezone and the new app didn't take it into account. I immediately emailed the developer and within 1 hour I was contacted, asked a few questions and told a fix for me was coming in the next update. The developer was super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend!

I watch more TV than is probably healthy, and I literally have no clue how I would keep track of all the shows I watch and which episodes I've seen if I didn't have iTVShows. If I had a choice of one third party app to have on my phone, it would be this one. I used to *try* to keep track of all my shows in a document of my own, but when I was told about itv, I switched and never looked back. Thank you,wonderful, wonderful devs SO much.
One (very small) change I would make would be to allow you to choose which category to be the default when iTVShows opens (calendar, shows to watch etc...) other than that, clearly I'm a gigantic fan.
