I never sign up for the use of this app, and they are charging my bank account over the last 5 months. I can’t find the way to cancel.
I use to use the Jewell game but it no longer works. I have contacted them several times but to know avail. I wish they would remove the product (game) if it is not available and quit string customers along!

I love that this is free, and that I can add images BUT… I can’t for the life of me figure out how to synch between iPad and iPhone. I created two sets on iPad, they won’t show up on my phone (logged in to same account). I tried powering off/on both devices, didn’t help. What’s more: the “my flash cards” tab indicates I have no sets. One set does show up under the “recently studied” tab, the other set simply disappeared. I added both to “favorites” but they don’t show up there either. Also, the “share” option is unresponsive. Even when I search the name of the set I just created, they are nowhere to be found.
If I learn how to fix these issues I will change my review to more stars. Currently though it’s hit or miss, and not being able to share with classmates or find my cards on my other devices makes this unusable for me.

Made me cry. I spent hours making flash cards and their all gone. All my work is gone. I can’t even study. What a waste of my time?
Uninstall it. Big waste of my time. I spent hours 6 freaking hours like ugh. I wish there was a better free site or app than this. Thats horrible thing that just happen. Ugh!!!!! I’m going to tell my teachers and others that I shared this app to to uninstall it. Its not worth it. Very frustrating! I’m very very upset. I know its free but what if you spent hours typing up something to loose it for something as simple as the screen blinking off. Made me sign in again and I lost everything. This app bad 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
Glitchy as all heck

I’ve made the terrible mistake of creating all my MCAT flash cards on Cram. Both the website and app are glitchy. On the site, I am often logged out of the deck within the few minutes I have gotten up to get a snack or use the restroom. Then, after log-in it isn’t guaranteed whether my draft is saved or not. On the app, if I select the memorization function, I cannot return to the main menu. I have to shut the app down completely and begin again. Also, I tried to figure out how to become a premium member but there only appears to be a premium essay membership. I wrote them about it and got no response.
