Get Pricing Info for DwellHello & good afternoon, You have been sending your magazine to my wife Mary for at least the last year. Your address label says the subscription expires February 25. Do not automatically renew this subscription. My wife Mary says she never ordered the magazine and does not want you to continue sending her the magazine. We definitely do not want to be held responsible for the cost of a subscription renewal we do not want to continue receiving. We do not want to be liable by receiving the magazine if you keep sending us the magazine. Unfortunately, I cannot follow your cancellation instructions for 2 reasons: 1) I cannot find our subscription number because our label does not look like the example on your website. 2) Since we never ordered Dwell magazine in the first place we don't know whether to cancel directly to Dwell's subscription Department or any of the 3rd party subscription firms you use (as you instruct on your website under cancellation instructions). Cancel our subscription effective immediately. Do not send another issue. I would like to extend my subscription to Dwell for the special 2 year rate of $30.00. However my current subscription runs until at least 3/23. Can you defer my renewal until after my current one expires? Please notify me as how to do this, ASAP.

I subscribed to dwell, both print and electronic, via their website. I expected to mostly read the magazine on my iPad. However, I cannot log in to my account on the app. Therefore I cannot view the magazine on my iPad. I have initiated help requests 3 times, and all three times have gotten the same canned response from “Vikas Kadam” telling me to enter my subscriber info (account number, account number&ZIP, mailing address). But nowhere in the app is there the option to enter this info. When I pointed this out to “Vikas” I was asked for my email address. And then ghosted.
Clearly the app is a scam and not an actual working app. Dwell knows this, but sells subscriptions that include “all-platform” access anyway.
Cancelling my subscription and asking for a refund and deleting the app.

Something is seriously wrong with this app, one cannot login with the exact same login that I use on my web browser to see dwell+ articles, I'm also a physical magazine subscriber.
So the app is useless and apparently does not have the proper support to fix it, complaints have been ongoing here for sometime and it's not addresses. It's interesting because the new ceo of dwell magazine wants to move away from the physical magazine and push for electronic content - thus why dwell+ was created (don't get me started on how that was unfair to existing physical magazine subscribers), so one would think that the "dwell app" would work.

I prefer to give you no stars, but that is not an option. I subscribed to both print and online editions. Online version does not work and limits me to 5 minutes. I have called customer service 3 days ago without a reply. I guess I was expecting a bit more in both product and service. May I have my money refunded, please.
