I was very disappointed to find out that they are some hidden cancellation fees that this app does not clearly state when making a reservation. I made a reservation in early December 2020 and canceled that same reservation 24 hours later. First time using this app and I was excited to go but regrettably i had to cancel. It was Not entirely clear when making the reservation is that there is a $10 fee to cancel and that The reservation automatically pre selects insurance against the cancellations that is not clearly visible to everyone that cost me an additional $50. Cancel my 9 day stay, but I was surprise I was not refunded the complete amount of a short $60. What is more misleading is that when I made the reservation he was clearly stated that I would have until three days prior to my arrival to cancel and get a full refund. This last part is what makes it so much more upsetting. Never again

I opened an account when this application because I was looking for a room to rent in San Salvador, this is just because they shared the profit, according to them when LGBT community and stuff like that however, the only reason that me to this application, however, the application is very deficient, really poorly managed, their system is various low in the interface in the chatting system is page after page instead of going normal like a normal conversations like a chat is very annoying is very slow and when you call the customer service they hang out hang up on you, I don’t think this application is gonna go far because it’s really bad is really slow really good but the service in the way the function the whole application is really poorly. Bad really bad. Don’t use it.

I tried using the app to find LGBTQ friendly places to stay. However, in more than three tripes, I have requested multiple listings and all of them either not reply or simply decline for no reason. And finally I got accepted on my request, the host immediately said they cannot accommodate me if my train is going to arrive late to check in. Late as in 9pm. And misterb&b refuse to issue me a full refund and asks me to try to find another reservation instead. After all of this experience, I wouldn’t recommend using this app at all since it’s not reliable and you cannot get a refund. It’s not worth it and who knows how these hosts pick and choose who they accept. I don’t need that kind of discrimination when I travel.
