File transfer does not work?

I purchased the upgrade, but was not able to send a file from an iPhone to another iPhone either using BT or via Wifi. BT did not connect at all. With wifi I connected to the the iPhone and saw the file, clicked download, but the only thing that happened was a refresh of the display.

Bluetooth pairing issue

When my iPhone is connected to car Bluetooth audio and play a playlist while iPhone is locked it’s not going to the next audio file. I have to manually play it through my iPhone. But if the iPhone was unlocked it’s working fine. iPhone X, 11.2.1

Also when I unlocked the iPhone I can see a red line in Top of the app that says “permission issue”

I’m using the latest version of this application. The biggest problem is when my phone is locked the music doesn’t switch to the next and it displays “read error: permission problem.” How can I fix this error so I can enjoy listening to music while driving?
