If I could give 0 stars I would. I tried PocketSuiteClientBookingApp and it wasn’t what I wanted it for. So I never used it. Don’t even remember subscribing to any of the plans. But after the free trial my card was charged which was fine at the time. I understand trial periods end. But my card was charged without my knowledge. So I messaged PocketSuiteClientBookingApp telling them I was not using it and I would like my money refunded. They told me 7-10 business days. So I waited for the time they gave me with nothing. Messaged them again and they told me another 3-5 business days. I waited 10 DAYS after that to message them again. Give a chance for delays. And still NOTHING. I do not recommend even downloading PocketSuiteClientBookingApp if you don’t have any intention of using it. Because getting a refund is absolutely out of the question at this point. I’m hoping the $20 they charged my card helps pay for improvements on PocketSuiteClientBookingApp . Because in my mind... PocketSuiteClientBookingApp is a joke.

Spent awhile getting PocketSuiteClientBookingApp set up, thought it was going to be my savior for a busy small business owner. With time limited the amount of time I wasted on this venture is so exhausting and literally why I spent more time to write this review to maybe help someone else to not make the same mistake. This is not your one stop shop and savior. Find another app!!! Spent the time to do their initial setup and verification call (annoying but understood) a ‘5 minute call’ turned into 30 minutes. On the call I was told that I was all set, my account was ‘all good’. Then today a turn of events, a text inside PocketSuiteClientBookingApp that my payments were returned to my clients, my account not verified, and now no after four days no monies in my account. Unreal truly. Please don’t waste your time!!!!! I’ve now emailed them to have my account and info deleted and I want no affiliation them. Good luck elsewhere everyone!

My coworkers and I use PocketSuiteClientBookingApp to schedule spa clients and book memberships. We are constantly having issues with PocketSuiteClientBookingApp . We are always having to monitor PocketSuiteClientBookingApp and how it stores and tracks packages/memberships. We have to be on top of PocketSuiteClientBookingApp all the time which is completely counterproductive to what we are using PocketSuiteClientBookingApp for. PocketSuiteClientBookingApp is supposed to do the work for us - we shouldn’t have to babysit it. Sometimes PocketSuiteClientBookingApp doesn’t open (yes we have deleted PocketSuiteClientBookingApp , reinstalled, signed in and out) causing serious issues when we have to check guests out. Client group texting has failed us many times. Customer support is EXTREMELY slow to respond and when they do they are little help to us. Honestly, PocketSuiteClientBookingApp gives us such a headache and because we have so many issues with it, it’s taking up a lot of our time as we try to figure out the puzzle that is Pocketsh**. After over a year of issues upon issues, we’ve finally had it and are looking into a more reliable booking app.

Having a pet sitting business means I am always on the go and don’t get a lot of time to sit in front of a computer at a desk to take care of admin tasks and scheduling. When I learned about PocketSuite two years ago I was using a software that was desktop computer dependent and had no mobile companion for on the go tasks. Thanks to PocketSuite my business has continued to grow and I have been able to easily keep up with my existing clients and new leads, as well as staff and track all the jobs that are coming in daily. My pet biz grew by more than 50% in the past year and PocketSuite has been my “office in a pocket”! The support team is always there to help when I have a question or find a bug. They fix issues quickly and they listen to user feedback and implement updates to include improvements that we suggest. They are awesome!!! Highly recommend to anyone with a service-oriented business!!!

I had been a MINDBODY user for seven years. I got tired of the prices continually going up. My business changed a I couldn’t justify the price as a single personal trainer anymore. I was searching for something that offered similar features but at a lower price point. I’m in love! It’s everything I hoped it could be and more. Not only is the overall price lower but I have all the features that I could want along with some extras that I am utilizing as well. I actually love the customer service and the fact that help is just a text away if I have any problems. Highly recommend trying them out if you have an appointment based business and take credit cards.

Extremely affordable and incredible customer service! If your on a budget download now! Their simple “text message platform” is so easy to use requiring little set up and learning curve! I was one of their very first customers/clients and now I’m one of their “Pros” and can’t tell you how far this company has come! If your looking to get paid fast and easy without the hassle of software PS will exceed your expectations. And your clients will love the easy simple text based platform too since they don’t have to download any software (unless they want too)

This has got to be by far the best app out there across the board! i run a small cleaning business with employees and most platforms that i would have to use would cost hundreds of dollars a month but pocketsuite does far more at a VERY affordable price! They have tons of useful features that automates my business in every aspect. If you are starting a business, even on your own, you must try PocketSuiteClientBookingApp. You will not be disappointed! A few of my favorite features is being able to put a customers credit card on file and charge it automatically on the day of the clean, you can also add tips and the customer can download the pocketsuite app and update the information on their own. Automatic appointment reminders, online booking at no extra charge, the lowest credit card processing fees out there, separate business number, employee scheduling, and so much more!

I’ve been using PocketSuite now for almost 2 years. It’s the most convenient payment provider I’ve used since you can do everything right from PocketSuiteClientBookingApp . From customer relationship management all the way to point of sale.

PocketSuiteClientBookingApp is dependable and has never crashed or had any issues at the point of sale. Payment deposit into the bank is always timely and predictable which helps me manage cash flow. Lastly, customer service is second to none. In the days of mobile technology, PocketSuite has a built in message system for any questions that I have. It’s perfect and much more preferred than a phone call. Highly recommend!

I've been using Pocketsuite now for a couple years and it truly just keeps getting better and better. Prior to choosing Pocketsuite as my booking and payment system to run my business, I was using Square. I needed more options though so I went searching and tried a number of different options before narrowing it down to Pocketsuite. It was literally the best decision. Pocketsuite truly listens to your feedback and suggestions and actually uses it to improve the experience for the user. I can't tell you the numerous times Ive asked for an enhancement or made a suggestion and it has been implemented. I love it and it continues to be the best option for running a business. Thanks!

I’ve been hesitant to make the leap to a software from pen and paper for my solo pet sitting business. I haven’t rolled it out to clients yet but I love how user friendly and simple (but complex in the background!) it is. You aren’t going to find a more responsive, helpful customer success team than Kim, Linda, Mike and the whole gang - they were fast, friendly and willing to teach this old dog new tricks. Super impressed with their willingness and flexibility to make PocketSuiteClientBookingApp work for me! I’m excited to go live because I can tell how impactful PocketSuiteClientBookingApp will be for me with regards to better communication with clients, simpler contract execution and faster client responses. You should try it, you will be amazed at what you can get done so fast!

I have been using PocketSuite since 2014 & for me it was the BEST app for my business & they have grown has the years progress. All the features & capabilities within PocketSuiteClientBookingApp is AMAZING. It definitely helps my business run MUCH smoother.

The BEST part is if there is an issue (which is rare) I can just text them within PocketSuiteClientBookingApp and their response time is swift. I’ve even had the founder call me a couple years ago about an issue I had that was resolved in a timely manner. I love that they REALLY listen & take our feedback making PocketSuiteClientBookingApp even better.

I never leave reviews (I know you’ve heard that before) lol but as a faithful user since 2014 I think I know what I’m talking about when I say it’s one of the BEST apps out, if not THE BEST for your business.

I’ll keep this short and sweet! I have been using PS since I started my Personal Training business in 2016.
First - I love all of the features, especially the ability to send training session reminders to my clients.
Second - The customer support is excellent. I am on the East coast and PS is on the West coast so I worried there might be a delay in responsiveness given the time difference but they have always been there if I have a question.
Lastly - The peace of mind that I have knowing that I have a reliable scheduling, payment, and record keeping system right on my phone has been amazing. I can do business anytime from any location. PocketSuiteClientBookingApp is definitely worth using!!!

I have used PocketSuite for five years now signing up as a referral when they first started. I’ve been extremely pleased with PocketSuiteClientBookingApp and especially with the customer service that I receive. PocketSuiteClientBookingApp makes my scheduling and keeping track of appointments so easy and I can use PocketSuiteClientBookingApp for my reports at the end of the year for tax information. Their customer service is fantastic. I’ve just recently signed up for the pro package so that I can streamline my business and I’m so glad I did. They walked me (patiently) through each step so that I understand all that is offered and how to use it to improve my own customer service. I would recommend them to any business, especially dog trainers.

We have been using pocketsuite for 3 years now. It has made life much easier for our field service. Our customers love it. The developers constantly update PocketSuiteClientBookingApp with features that enhance how we do business and (with he automation) is almost like having an additional staff person for customer communication, collecting payments, and coordinating team. PocketSuiteClientBookingApp is simple enough for a non-techie to be able to quickly do all the basics for customer intake, quotes, scheduling, messaging, payment collection, etc. At the same time, there are many premium features for a person interested in advanced options. For the most part, we run our business from our iPhones at this point...as a result of PocketSuiteClientBookingApp.

Like many others, I was compelled to start a new business at the beginning of Covid because my other source of income dried up. It was a very different sort of practice than I had done before and I found myself needing not only scheduling support but support about around marketing tools. Without any drama but a lot of savvy, the pocketsuite crew helped me out, answering questions quickly, helping me set things up in real time and quickly establishing a new and better way to connect to clients. PocketSuiteClientBookingApp is self-explanatory, clear, and the support line is extremely adaptable if you find some thing not working for you or unclear. Pocketsuite has been integral to my professional expansion during this time of Covid upheaval.

Love PocketSuiteClientBookingApp. It keeps my small business very organized and easier to run. I use PS mostly for invoicing and taking payments but plan to use all the other features on the paid subscription soon. Love the business phone number you get with the paid plan also. Highly recommend for any service based business. The one issue I have is when I want to instantly transfer my balance to my bank account and I have to wait for it to get reviewed before I can. But most of the time if I send a message to support they’ll speed up the review process for me and becomes available within few hours. Also I wish they had a desktop version with some more features and made the estimate feature a little better. Besides that I am very happy with PocketSuite

As a consultant, there are a lot of moving pieces for my business…contracts, invoices, collecting payments, scheduling meetings…the list could go on. I was using QuickBooks before, but it really only helped with invoicing, so I found myself with too many tools and docs to keep things organized. Now with PocketSuite, it let’s me manage everything all in one place, easily from my phone. Plus, the team is fantastic - whenever I have a question, they quickly respond to keep things moving on my end. They’re constantly adding new updates and features which have been really helpful too. I love being able to keep track of everything together on the go. It’s been a real game changer for me, highly recommend!

I just want to say Pocket Suite has made it possible for the Disabled American Veterans Organization to continue providing Veteran services during this COVID pandemic. Our Veterans are able to connect with Service Officers throughout California and have given us praise for the services available by using the PocketSuite application online. I personally want to thank Linda for the great customer service and for taking time by going out of her way to provide excellent technical support. I have been using PocketSuiteClientBookingApp since 2017 and will encourage anyone to use it if they are running a small business. I just want to thank you for looking out. You guys are always doing that for me every since I started way back when you guys just started pocket suite so I want to thank you for that and when Covid first hit a lot of us was lost, our businesses slowing down and a lot of us owners were left in a desperate spot. With our families looking at us for answers there was only a couple people I know that messaged me and POCKETSUITE being number 1 asking how they could be there for me and my family to help us get passed this and the rough times. I am very grateful for them a lot of companies grow and forget about who got them where they are and POCKETSUITE is the very same as when I started with them years ago when they was just a small company. If you take clients this is PocketSuiteClientBookingApp for you! They have covered all the bases. From securing appointments with a credit card, giving the client an option to add a tip, automatic text reminders, being able to charge their card on the way out, being able to send them a contract to sign prior to the appointment, and the list goes on! One of the biggest things for me was being able to sync my calendar with my personal calendar! Before it would take me an hour to merge all my appointments for the week now it’s quick and smooth. PocketSuiteClientBookingApp makes my life much easier while trying to run a business. It is simple, efficient and professional.

We use Pocket Suite here at Loud House Studios, one of Atlanta’s largest major-label recording studios, and we love it. The interface has a clean simple design and PocketSuiteClientBookingApp is functional and easy to use. We are open 24/7 and have four rooms, most of which are booked every day, so it’s great to have an app that helps us easily keep track of so many session times and payments. Just as importantly, Pocket Suite has great customer service with a very fast response time. We always get help with our concerns within a day. It also integrates seamlessly into our own website, which is perfect because we do all of our booking online. We’ll definitely continue to use Pocket Suite as Loud House grows.

I made a complaint regarding my clients not receiving my texts. I thought it was a coding mistake but was more of an outside issue. Long story short, they solved the issue in a timely fashion and I am very happy that my complaints and feedback are answered and taken into consideration. This is a great app that makes my workload a lot easier because of the features it provides. One feature request I would like to see in the future is for them to have a website or downloadable software to use on desktop, would make scheduling and other tasks easier and the work process will flow more efficiently if I could use computer with app. Great job, keep it up!

It makes it so much easier on the client and you, we have a moving company so all my crew have access to their phone and PocketSuiteClientBookingApp not only makes it efficient but as well it can convert leads into actual clients. With technology any client would rather just press a button to confirm and that is EXACTLY what PocketSuiteClientBookingApp allows them to do among many other things like quick payments and deposits (if you require any to book their appointment), re schedule appointments and everything is through text.

It makes it easier on you if you are not tech savvy they have tutorials that explain you how to use it.

If you run a business with a crew on the go? Or running appointments on daily basis this is the way to go.

I have worked with desktop client management software for years. When I did a career change and started working from my home. I spent more time on the go and really struggling finding a system that would flow. Nothing seemed to be ALL INCLUSIVE. Simply put- PocketSuiteClientBookingApp IS AMAZING! I’m a traveling makeup artist with a growing clientele, full time job and 2 kids. (whew!) I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND using PocketSuiteClientBookingApp. As a licensed professional cosmetologist ( over 10yrs) this booking app has helped me in ways the others did not. I can take deposits for appointments and I also have the option for my money to be sent same day within mins at a low cost. If I could give it more stars I most definitely would. I was using a booking app paying $35 a month for nothing. PocketSuiteClientBookingApp is very affordable and comes with OUTSTANDING features. Not to mention the support team. They are superb af💯‼️ I’m never using another app EVER‼️ I could go on and on 😂 if you’re thinking about using it don’t think too long and hard. This is thee BEST one ☝🏾 out hands down💯‼️
