I love ArizonaSports987FM. I listen to it daily for roughly 3-4 each day. I main try to catch the podcast of the shows already completed since I can’t stand commercials. My only suggestion is that the podcasts get updated faster, most the time they aren’t available until the next day or several hours later.

Every time I get a phone call or any interruption while tuning in to live radio, before I can resume I am forced to watch the same stupid ad I’ve listened to 1,000 times by now… this is a complaint in other reviews and they clearly ignoring their user feedback.

ArizonaSports987FM just doesn’t function well and it has random and unexpected frustrating issues come up all the time. Radio is a dying industry anyways, podcasts are taking over and growing at a rapid scale and as soon as local sports markets like AZ start having podcasts as an alternative to their audience, they are done for. Better start taking care of your users or the price will be paid in the near future! You might hang onto your older sports audience but us younger dudes will bounce as soon as a better alternative comes up on Apple Podcasts.

Any time the feed is interrupted, ArizonaSports987FM needs to be restarted. The same ads play every time ArizonaSports987FM is launched, despite you still listen to commercials like terrestrial radio. I’m not carrying around a boom box around my house, I’m a hair modern with my phone and Bluetooth speaker, so when i have to sit through another ford ad to get to the regular m-drive ad, I tap out. I’ll switch to music over enduring the same reboot regimen. Also sound drops randomly for lengthy amounts of time, no reboots/pause then play fixes it, just sit in silence until return. Not 1 star because occasionally it’ll flow for an hour or two.

Decent app, but I have three issues 1) the enable notifications popup is way too frequent. I don’t want notifications. 2) I drive home 15 minutes before certain shows end, and the recordings for previous hours don’t post until about 30 min after it ends, so I can’t listen to the afternoon show at all - I get the last 15 min live, then takes the length of my drive before the recordings are added - please add the early hours sooner. And 3) the volume from ArizonaSports987FM is always significantly lower than any others for some reason.

It's convenient when it actually works, but tends to turn off for no apparent reason during live play. The last update fixed my major issue with ArizonaSports987FM , the persistent push notification requests, but the live play issues are still happening. Also, the content updates unevenly--the big-name shows update daily but only two shows a month from The Rundown and almost no Arizona Sports Saturday episodes ever get posted. I'd listen to either of those over Doug and Wolf....

I love ArizonaSports987FM a lot. It provides a top-quality sports analysis of Arizona and other teams. Lately, there have been some glitches, like commercials are much louder than the actual programs and contend loading errors. I hope they will fix them soon.

I listen to this every day driving to work and every night while I fall asleep thank you! Some reason volume is low?

This is the only app I have ever had that doesn’t automatically stop playing when I get a call. It’s a very poor design. I also think it’s ridiculous that I am forced to watch a ‘video’ ad when launching a radio medium. I have to listen to the same commercials as the radio listeners, why do I have to watch your video ad?

I listen to AZ Sports everyday on ArizonaSports987FM . I don’t like how you again have to watch a video when logging in to ArizonaSports987FM or when losing streaming and need to restart. You miss 15 seconds of the interview or story and already listen to all the commercials played while listening live.

I got ArizonaSports987FM cuz listening is easier than loading the website on my phone. But I'm seriously starting to reconsider. I shouldn't have to say no to enabling notifications more than once... Ever... But to have to answer it essentially every time I open ArizonaSports987FM just makes it dreadful to use. I almost never leave reviews for apps, but this horrendous design choice to annoy me didn't result in me eventually giving in, it resulted in me giving a poor review. It will also eventually result in me deleting ArizonaSports987FM .

This used to be great, but it continues to degrade. First they took away the summary of podcasts and now you have to click on it to see what they are talking about on it. Now you have to listen to ads before getting to listen to the live broadcast, which then you have to listen to more ads during the normal ad breaks. I guess I will listen less, it’s too bad.

I've been using ArizonaSports987FM on and off for years and the entire time it always fails in the middle of a segment. I don't look forward to using it because I know it will freeze or stop working. After years of use, there has been zero improvement.

Use another method to listen to this station if you have the option.

I drive all day and miss the morning shows so I try listening on ArizonaSports987FM but it crashes everytime I try and play it while using other apps on my phone. Please fix I really wanna hear Bickley and Marotta 🙏🏽

I love the shows on the station especially Bickley & Marotta! The content is fantastic. However ArizonaSports987FM has had technical issues for 10 months and the developers are non-responsive and have not yet fixed the crashes. It’s best to not download ArizonaSports987FM and instead listen to these shows on Apple podcasts.

M-F daytime lineup is absolutely superb & must-hear AZ radio. Bickley & Mirada - with the fabulously comedic noodnik, Jarrett Carlin as producer, has expanded into a 4-hr nationally significant powerhouse from 10-2. While Burns & Gambo (2-6) are the classic against which all AZ sportstalk must be measured.

Please put out a fix for this, when listening to podcasts that app crashes constantly, and will usually rewind whatever I was listening to by several seconds to several minutes. Getting really frustrating

I do a lot of driving up north so I steam all of your shows love them I wish the streaming was better

The only problem is that it freezes a lot. Wish I could refresh it right away when it happens so I don’t miss the shows when away from radio.

ArizonaSports987FM used to work well but after the most recent update it is extremely glitchy and will just stop playing entirely when listening to podcasts.

I like ArizonaSports987FM, but it keeps cutting off in the middle of the segment. I also have to keep watching ads which is new though every time I close out of it when it’s on an ad & then re-open it the ad goes away. I don’t know why it’s doing this when it didn’t use to.

Being a Cardinals and Suns fan I like ArizonaSports987FM, however, when I open ArizonaSports987FM a lot of the times ArizonaSports987FM freezes forcing me to restart my phone (iphone6) to unfreeze ArizonaSports987FM .
Maybe a new upgrade to fix this problem!

Takes way too long to actually hear the live radio, and makes you listen to the ads again if you pause or leave ArizonaSports987FM . There are already commercials - how about letting me actually listen to your shows? Thanks.

Loved ArizonaSports987FM until it added adds when I want to listen live so I have to wait for the ad to listen instead of play and go. Then if live is on commercial I get ads with my ads. Just think ArizonaSports987FM doesn’t need ads or video ads when the radio already plays them.

ArizonaSports987FM is a very awesome app I like the clear Morado and burns and gamble and Douge and wife and talk about things I need to hear about and I appreciate them

The most reliable way, on you phone, to listen to AZ sports. You don’t need headphones for signal.
