I got SanFrancisco49ers a long time ago and loved it. Always have loved the Niners, but ever since that new update it hasn’t been working. I never have written a review before, and I’m hoping that the developer reads this and fixes it.

Preseason game 1 and the scan-to-order lines were a nightmare. Line was snaked 3 lanes deep an hour before kickoff. Luckily the chicken strip vendor took in person orders and had no line so I didn’t get hangry. Better work out the kinks before regular season folks. Other than that the new app has some updates that are good. Not great though. A bit menu-divey im some areas.

Loving the new 49ers app! It is modern, user friendly and very exciting, especially during this time where we are stuck and home and looking for a connection to sports. Go 49ers Marketing team!!!

I just love SanFrancisco49ers it just tells me what’s going on with my nfl team no fake drama seeing who’s going to start but thank you love it keep it up ninners.

Awesome update. All the information a Niners fan could need in an app with a clean look and simple navigation. And I can customize SanFrancisco49ers icon. Those saloon font and throwback icons are dope!

Not only it doesn’t work, but reading the description below I find that they are collecting data even when not in use and tracking all the time making battery life shorter. They can even get your contact data.
Whoever created this update did not us 49ers at heart. I hope they correct it.
It’s a disgrace.

SanFrancisco49ers keep me updated with all the news and it so good the 49er should keep going I hope the 49er get to the super bowl

Had SanFrancisco49ers for years, updates have taken away the ability to monitor league scores. It now primarily deals with season tickets and Levi stadium. Guess I’ll have to go with a competitive app to follow scores

Love the new update! The changes that have been made are so great! And not so bad on the eyes. 😝

Every time I click on SanFrancisco49ers it shuts down. I even threw out the old app and downloaded it again and can’t make it stay open.
Frustrated to say the least

I love the niners, but you need to do more “bug fixes.” SanFrancisco49ers is asking me to upgrade to the latest version everytime I log in. Seeing as the teams home is in Silicon Valley, this is kind of embarrassing! Thanks in advance!

Have latest app but can’t get Badge when selected. Shows blank page with my name. Tickets and parking load OK

Can’t even open SanFrancisco49ers

I've have SanFrancisco49ers for a couple yearsmand it worked great but today I tried opening it on my iPad pro and it would open and immediately close. Rebooted my iPad and still not opening up. Deleted app and redownloaded and same thing, wouldn't stay open. Tried it on my iPad air and same thing. SanFrancisco49ers appears to be broken. Until fixed I would pass downloading it. If it works for you after my post date, please make a review that its working for you so I can try and figure out what's going on with my 2 pass.

I've found SanFrancisco49ers to be informative but like any app it has its issues. I can't always find what I'm looking for immediately but can eventually locate it

Not sure what’s the deal on your mobile app but no article will upload so that I can read it. All that comes up is a blank page with the San Fran header and the advertisement on the bottom but nothing else. I’ve sat to see if my phone is just not downloading fast but nope, nothing. Then I deleted SanFrancisco49ers and downloaded it again and nothing. Same issues.

SanFrancisco49ers has the ability to allow you to see your invoices and to make a payment if you are season-ticket holder. But nearly every time you go to the section it simply freezes. You think with as much money as they spend on players they could spend a few thousand dollars to fix SanFrancisco49ers.

I’m giving SanFrancisco49ers 5 stars because I love the 49ERS, but the link to see the players bio does not work. Please fix. I’m interested in my favorite teams’ player’s history. Thank you! Go 49ERS!

It keeps saying I need to open SanFrancisco49ers to update it but it doesn’t give me any options and I go to SanFrancisco49ers Store and I can’t find it in there to update it!!!

Keeps crashing. Just deleted and reinstalled. Still crashing. Can’t even open it.

I downloaded SanFrancisco49ers for the first time. Clicked on SanFrancisco49ers , notification permissions pop up, and SanFrancisco49ers unexpectedly closes. I do this again 5 times, same result. I deleted SanFrancisco49ers , restarted phone, and re-downloaded SanFrancisco49ers . Same result. Unexpectedly closes when I click on it.

SanFrancisco49ers has the most complete information regarding individual players, players as a group and the organization. I go to the SF app each day for updates and changes within the organization. I have not found another app with more complete information and details. It gives history about certain players that is both informing and humorous. The one issue I have is that the site crashes way to often. Videos freeze and scanning rewards is next to impossible. If this could be fixed, SanFrancisco49ers would be great.

Please add a better video player that has a 15 second rewind and fast forward feature. SanFrancisco49ers consistently freezes when you try to skip to another part of the video.

I love SanFrancisco49ers. It gives me all the information I need.

I'm not having issues as I've read. Occasionally the video may freeze then I get out and come back later.

- miss Joe Fann, (what a name) reporter - he's good. I do like Keiana. Prefer men though for male sports.
-Definitely prefer Ted Robinson on the radio. Seems like he's not that involved as stated, which makes me wonder if it was his choice?
-Still like Tim Ryan.

I really tried to give SanFrancisco49ers a chance to get insider scoop on my team but it's just too painful to use. Videos freeze, tabs don't work right, can't contact app support to make any suggestions or fixes for broken links.

Great app but it would be nice to have an Apple Watch app. Would also be nice if they gave their fans an ad-free experience on the iPhone app and a place to leave suggestions..
