Milestones section: You also cannot tell which milestones already have actuals without clicking into them as most of them only show estimated dates. No way to update multiple milestones from the same screen, have to click on each milestone to update. Status/Comments/Info: not accessible from mobile app, must be done from computer. PO/Contract Approval: they fixed the pin bug so I can approve, it just takes for-ev-er to disappear from my inbox after I approve it. File Manager: uploading photos sometimes doesn’t tell me it failed, I find out later when the file is empty. I didn’t see a way to rename files before uploading which would be nice. Meeting minutes: I’ve never tried as it is too clunky to set up initial minutes and you cannot copy templates from master projects. Useless for quick turn projects. Work breakdown structure: doesn’t seem to exist in the app? No way to look at budget/allocations. Overall: there is no heading telling you which project you are updating on every section I have tried to use. It’s the worst for someone who 2nd guesses themselves. I would love to have a mobile friendly way to update my projects, this just isn’t useful. It is at least handy when you are up at 2:30am and remember that a milestone changed but don’t want to get out of bed to open the desktop version... or have 5-7 photos to upload because it’s a pain to transfer from phone to computer to kahua.. but more than a dozen photos will fail because it’ll take so long, you’ll get a phone call and the upload never makes it past the interruption. Feb 2021 Update Still 0 stars. I have no idea why it was important to change the logo from Orange to Blue but apparently it’s more important than ACTUALLY HAVING MOBILE PHOTO UPLOADS SAVE. I lost a bunch of completion photos because I deleted them after I thought they uploaded (in small batches per my earlier review) but whoops! Looking for them at close out and turns out they’ve gone. Thanks Kahua, I’m super glad my company saddled me with this “Sick UI” but terrible product. Update 9/23: Kahua asked me to update. All above issues are still there… so… no change…

Worthless

I always have a hard time signing in because Touch ID is always messed up. Now it’s telling me I have to update to sign in, taking me to the App store, but only displaying open button because I have the mist recent update installed already. When I’m fortunate enough to get in, there isn’t a way to label pictures. You can add words to spellcheck dictionary. It’s just an overall worthless app.

Poor Design

Always seem to have some sort of issue with viewing or downloading files on both the mobile app and desktop. With the new update once I open a file I am unable to close out of the file and go back to the search list. I need to restart the app and sign in again to do anything.
