I subscribed to the service about 6 month, to be used by my mom; but she Neves was able to use. She received error thing to get premium content even the subscription was active. I sent message to the customer services they ask for information as prof of payments and other details with I did, and still waiting for a response.

After they reply, they were unable to cross references between your iTunes payments and his systems. Even I sent the proofs with confirmation codes. That’s make me be more sure about mine rating.

The web form to communicate with the complaint doesn’t work properly and you receive error trying to send you the message. Uff, I think is really annoying use this. Only reason I still trying to get access is my mom how like Spain content. I do not recommend

I am unable to use atresplayer on a 2nd device. I have a paid international subscription. I used to watch shows on an iPhone but lost it. I have installed atresplayer on my iPad and when I try to watch anything it says that I am subscriber but will not play anything. I have installed and uninstalled atresplayer at no avail. This is so upsetting. I really enjoy watching A3 as an expat living away from home. It is really depressing.

To my surprised, it was erased from my Apple TV when I upgraded the iOS, and when it was downloaded back to Apple TV it shows that the subscription cost is now $49/month

Paid for a monthly subscription. Worked for a couple hours then said I needed to pay. Emailed them, they said it showed I didn’t have a subscription but my card was charged.
Still haven’t heard back from them 😐

I cannot view many series and shows despite of signing up for premium. When I click, I get a message saying Error while trying to display content ( error al reproducir contenido) and when I tried to download it does not work either I get a message : error en la descarga. What is the point of having premium if you cannot view the shows?

I created an account because I want to watch Infiel. this app clearly says it’s available on their platform. After accessing atresplayer , Infiel is not available. When can I expect Infiel to be available? If not, I will cancel my subscription. At the moment, I am not interested in seeing anything else in your programming.

Why are you selling an “international” app. without subtitles for non Spanish speakers?
You could duplicate your international subscribers if your shows had subtitles in other languages. Spanish subtitles are are not accurate either and there are dialogues that do not get transcribed.

I downloaded atresplayer a few months ago but deleted because of the language barrier. Is there an option to convert atresplayer to other translations?

atresplayer was working wery well. Not it doesn't load the videos. So slow and the quality has gone down too

atresplayer functions fine. If the connection isn’t fast expect some buffering unless you download the episode.
If I play a program in my app on my phone subtitles work. If I cast the program to the TV they don’t show up. No idea why and I can’t go anyone to answer from this app.

Finally I can access TV from Spain. It is very hard for us, Spanish speakers in the US, to find content from Spain. Thank you very much for opening up this great window to our beloved Spain. Olé!!

I updated the application today, as required. Now it will not open at all.

Even when I am subscribed and pay, today I have been unable to watch my series ie

I originally reported issues while casting. But it seems like they have fixed this issues. No more buffering

atresplayer is great! I love to watch all my favorite series from Spain and Turkey. Thank you for allowing me to enjoy atresplayer!

Hello, The application worked very well for several days and until yesterday, but as of today it does not work well. When I try to log in, it automatically closes by itself.

Curious if there is anyway to switch atresplayer to English? Also add English Subtitles to shows starting with Amar es Para Siempre 💙🏳️‍🌈

atresplayer was working very well but the account log off its self and now i can’t log in ... please help i don’t want to cancel but if i can’t log in anymore i won’t have other choice that to cancel
