How to fix PURE app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the PURE app on iPhone
Update PURE app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall PURE iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix PURE on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve PURE network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

PURE Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix PURE not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the PURE App
1. On android, goto Settings » PURE » click [Force Stop]

Update PURE to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear PURE App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » PURE » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart PURE.

Fix PURE unable to contact server/ PURE internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click PURE » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto PURE » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch PURE
