I have a problem with Zoho People

- New update requires more clicks to approve timesheets, making it less efficient

To resolve Zoho People network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Zoho People App
1. On android, goto Settings » Zoho People » click [Force Stop]

Clear Zoho People App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Zoho People » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Zoho People.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Zoho People » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Zoho People » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
