Was great until...

Had been using the free version for a couple months and enjoyed it a lot. A few weeks ago I decided to pay to upgrade to the ultimate and again it was great. However, today all of a sudden I go to take a quiz and I’m no longer logged in. And it’s wanting me to create a new account despite already having an account. I eventually am able to get to an area that seems to get my account info active again and now all my data and test history is gone. I’m back to 0 and have no clue why. I went back to the App Store to look for tech support info and every time I try, it says “request denied”. Then I tried going to customer support and I got the same message “request denied”. They got me and my money apparently
Useless to me

This app resets itself to free mode every Sunday night. This means that it doesn’t open automatically. I have to restore my account again to ultimate mode. My previous works are cancelled as well this prompting me to start from the beginning. No simple intelligence built in to it.
I regret paying for it honestly. Why should I go through the stress of repeating exams and not seeing some others to review and when the weekend comes, it refreshes and I will start from the beginning again.
Nonsense app.
Keeps Locking

I paid extra to unlock all questions. However the app is keep locking up, it isn’t showing me options to choose exam topics, matter of fact it’s blank. If I hit next, it keeps telling I must chose a knowledge section but there is nothing to select. I like the app but it’s not valuable if I can’t even select. It takes me like 6 tries of closing and opening the app. I updated the latest update and still. So frustrating!!!
