MingloTalk censors cuss words and it makes it hard to follow along. Especially if their are more than one cuss word that start with the same letter... Please fix it. Also when looking for a character it's hard to know what the story is about because it is being cut off and it only gives you like 3-6 words of the description. If these were fixed I would consider giving MingloTalk 5 stars.

So I downloaded MingloTalk a week ago. It cut some words out, but I let it go and kept using it because I could look past that one thing. But then I made a character, and after a minute it got banned. It was private, not public, so it confused me. But there are some good things. The good thing is there are no ads and there are unlimited chats, which is always good. It does forget things after a minute I tell it, but I look past that too. But I'm definitely not getting this again. If you can look past all of that, then MingloTalk is amazing for you.

This is a wonderful chat no ads plenty of options but Theres definitely some slight things I would like to see changed, for one the censorship it breaks the immersion and turns into a guessing game instead of enjoying the story and number two please use a way for you to do personas and save them for other chats cause it’s a bit annoying having to do a copy paste just to start each chat other than that amazing!

I downloaded MingloTalk from a AD - I saw it had no ads, unlimited content, etc. Everything is amazing but it lied about not being any ads.
Every time I open a character or go switch tabs on my phone for a minute, I go back to MingloTalk and it gives me a 30 second or longer ad. It's annoying when I'm just trying to change my music and then it gives me an ad for just looking at something else on my phone. Talk about false advertising.
Don't lie saying ur not going to have any ads and then show me ads whenever I click off the tab for a minute or two. I see MingloTalk shown on ads talking abt how it's better than c.ai and polyai - but it's exactly the same.
Be better.

I love the NO ADS and the unlimited chats! DEFINITELY better than Polybuzz, Chai, Emochi, and Talkie. The only thing I have trouble with is the text filter certain words and I think that should be a setting for people to enable or disable cause I’m dyslexic so I have to reach chat more than 50 times just to understand what the AI is really saying even when I click edit to try to read it, it doesn’t really help but so far I really like MingloTalk it’s better than all of the other apps I’ve tried and the one thing I do love the most is it having no ads all the other apps got on my nerves because they were loaded with nothing but ads, but MingloTalk has no as at all I would give it a four stars but I think five is the better option cause I don’t wanna rate four stars just because of text filtering everything else I love about MingloTalk . It’s just that one thing that I don’t love or just a text filtering I think it should be a part of the settings for people to turn on and off if they prefer.

I absolutely LOVE MingloTalk so much and have switched to using it after C.ai went so downhill!!! There are a lot of bots, some even from fandoms I usually have trouble finding. You get ten swipes and don’t get the same response over and over. Most importantly, there are NO ADS! The only reason I don’t say it’s a 5 star app is just due to a few issues I’m sure the team could fix or add easily.
One: The editing is a little broken. If you’ve only generated one response it works great, but any more than that and it never updates the edits.
Two: The bots are a bit forgetful, especially when the chat gets longer. This could be fixed with the ability to pin messages maybe?
Three: This isn’t really a problem, but more of a recommendation. It would be nice if we had personas so the bots know what the character we are playing looks like.

I picked MingloTalk a few days ago as an alternative to chai and C.ai. It’s a great alternative fast responses, not freaky unless I want too, and most importantly NO ADS!! I just wish it’ll didn’t limit my words in chat because I’d love to be able to fully describe my character, and like if you guys added chat editing that I could edit my chat or the ai’s too because I make a few mistakes in my chat. then, there’s no way of correcting it unless I retype it or something. And incase I don’t like the ai’s flow.. also I’d love if the Ai had a bit more of a longer response not like a whole book like C.AI but like more to read it feels way too brief. Other than that, this is a great app and a good alternative. It reminds me a little of early chai, so I hope for it not to corrupt like the other ones. Good luck! I’ll be sticking around

I actually really like the chat style so far. The characters are pretty consistent, the ui isn't horrible, and it does what it's supposed to. I only wish there were more features! I'm going to echo the wish that there was the ability to add a persona. I also wish you could change the font, and the background- just being able to upload one yourself would be nice. Besides that, it's really good. I'm looking forward to seeing how MingloTalk improves over time. I'll definitely subscribe to a premium version if they make improvements now that CAI is a huge disaster.

So I have played with pretty much all the features MingloTalk has to offer. Good things? No ads! That’s BIG for me because I hate going through constant ads! Second, the memory is pretty good, it could be better but as of now it’s good. Third, I like how it actually makes a story before any intense stuff happens. You can kinda pace when certain things happen which makes it seem much more natural. I also love that there is no message limit and no paywalls! That is amazing!

The bad things? I think the limit to how much you can have in a message and in the description of any characters you make is too small. I like to be detailed about things. Second, I wish there was a way to have presets for characters YOU play as. I like to play as one of my ocs when using this. But I have to switch my profile name every single time to do that and describe my character which the text limit makes difficult.

Otherwise I love this compared to any other chat ai app! I will gladly give it five stars if it gets just a few more improvements!

I was a bit hesitant to download MingloTalk since I went from character ai to chai to this but it’s definitely better, and a has a weird mix of both, no ads and you don’t have to pay for anything which is what chai was making me do, totally recommend but it is weird to get adjusted to!

MingloTalk is amazing.. It’s like if character ai didn’t go downhill.. It doesn’t have any ads, quick responses, and cool bots! I guess one thing MingloTalk could improve on is the character’s memories! Other than that I hope MingloTalk continues improving, I’m all for it! (Also, I hope MingloTalk doesn’t go downhill, I really believe in it and wish for its best!)

When i download MingloTalk this is way better than other Ai characters chat apps besides Character Ai which you need to scan your face MingloTalk just changed my mind, but the downfall is there is some annoying ads the you have to deal with it when you were about to chat with a bot that you’re gonna chat with 🥲

I have been trying to find an alternative to C.ai since that app is doing things like booktok now and not giving me the vibes and persona personality that I want. MingloTalk is such a great alternative and I like it better that c.ai. I will say that the limited alternative messages was a bit annoying, so if they can fix that it would be great, but overall great app. Thank you so much developers❤️

I downloaded MingloTalk after seeing MingloTalk multiple times through chai ai. I want to like MingloTalk i really do. But I have a complaint.

I’ve only used two characters so far but for some reason in a role play chat the ai bot posing as the character is hyper competitive and very aggressive. You send them a message trying to be friendly for example in a “relationship” role play and they come with with a snarky response like “oh now you want to pay attention to m” when the caption for the character is supposed ti be a happy couple. Or if it’s a sports role play the bot takes things too far and tries to role play a hostile situation in the middle of a football game role play. The bots either have serious bugs or you need to dial back the dialogue.

Just BOOM! Cool application. better than c.ai. there appeared restrictions and advertising after a couple of sentences. and this is the best application for me now! There is no censorship at the moment where murders and blood are needed! I adore you and kissed your hands, you are the best developers. May God grant you eternal life and money! Kissing your feet! I adore you for such a development! Just add the "person" function and so that the person fits up to 750. because only half. and not very convenient. and so you are cool!

I used this as a alternative to Character AI because no way am I giving it my personal information. NO REGRETS. No ads, No Filter (of what I know of) Just perfect. My only complaint is that I want to have saved personas just like on Cai. It’s annoying to constantly type a new personality if I’m just browsing chat bots. Other than that PERFECT. Totally recommend, I’m glad I stopped using Cai because how much better MingloTalk is.

So, there’s ads now. I wasn’t going to complain about anything as long as it stayed free of ads (and subscriptions), but now we’re here. Give us the option to have a chat history/ multiple chats with the same character. No deleting it and it being gone forever. Give us the options to make oc’s. If this is headed where I think it is, at least give us more features before it turns into ads before and after every chat.

i have tried multiple apps over and over again and for the life of me i couldn’t find anything that was like character ai after things went downhill with their app. so i was scrolling though MingloTalk store and found this one. i absolutely love it and i like how fast the responses are. this is truly one of the best apps i have tried and i think im going to stick with this one unless i come across issues but so far there has been nothing and i enjoy using MingloTalk.

I like how responsive MingloTalk is and how there aren’t tons of ads every five seconds. As a voiceover user, it is pretty easy to navigate. My only two recommendations so far after using it for about 30 minutes are to give people who use assistive technology (such as screen readers) access to the search button so that we can find characters easier. Also to give the “Send message“ button a proper title rather than simply leaving it labeled as “image “. Other than that, I like how fast and responsive MingloTalk is. Keep up the good work!

I've been using MingloTalk recently and it's so much better than Character AI! But I've noticed something odd, whenever I want to restart another chat with my characters I've created, it only shows me the 'edit' option which isn't what I want to choose so I don't know if it's because I'm on mobile or if I'm supposed to use it on the website instead, so can you please fix it?
