Edit: I suppose I was a bit overzealous. I went in expecting a free, iOS-based version of the website with extra features that would be monetized. When I installed the app, all features were available, but they eventually disappeared with zero explanation. It just feels wrong, yknow?
More communication as to the paid nature of the app is necessary, in summary.
Original:
Completely locked itself down to non-paying users after around 48 hours on the store. I can’t see anything but Starlink, can’t use AR mode, can’t see satellite data, can’t rewind or fast forward time, can’t view the sky from the ground, can’t see the newsfeed, can’t use widgets or countdowns. It’s practically featureless at the free tier. Just make it paid upfront at this point.

Just started using this app, right off the bat the location shows in the area of San Diego. That about 1200 miles off. This app does. It show up in location services. The browser interface is more accurate.
