Recently got the trial for $2.99 and decided to cancel since Vita just wasn’t for me. Contacted apps support through in app and email and only got a response in app. Was told the subscription was canceled and when the end of trial came I was billed $40. I messaged them asap about it and was told it was a technical error and would be submitted to their finance department and within a minute was told my refund was approved and would see it within 1-3 days. I’ve asked for confirmation the first time I canceled and received nothing. I also asked again this time for confirmation for cancellation and refund via email and was told they can’t and would not give a specific reason as to why, just felt like a “trust me bro” situation. On another note I’ve seen multiple reviews about similar situations and the developer’s response is subscriptions are managed through Apple subscription which Vita is not. Apple support told me they don’t have anything to do with it since the developer bills people through their own payment way instead of apples typical app subscription and was told to contact my bank since it shows in the bank as the developers company. Could just be me but seems extremely shady and my bank suggests getting a new card if the refund doesn’t show up within the time they said it would and since they can’t provide any sort of confirmation of any action to prevent any future charges.

This feels like a complete scam. I downloaded the game, and within the first minute it wasn’t even being recognized by the system. I contacted their chat support expecting actual help to fix the issue, but instead they immediately said the system wasn’t working and that I would receive a refund.

There was no attempt to troubleshoot or resolve the problem—just a quick “refund” response, which honestly feels like a tactic to make you go away. I have serious doubts that any refund will actually be processed.

Very unprofessional experience and a huge red flag. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Why is it that I have Vita downloaded on two different devices (iPhones] and once I open them they are completely different apps with different layouts and games etc.??? I also paid 2.99 for lifetime and when I open on the other device there’s a yearly subscription? Súper weird, when I go to subscriptions in the AppStore there smoothing there but the games are playable and working fine. I need some clarity here I took so many screenshots.

I had a really frustrating experience with Vita. I signed up through their app and completed payment, but there was no clear indication that I was enrolling in a recurring subscription unless I logged into their website separately. That lack of transparency already raised concerns.

When I decided to cancel, things got worse. I cancelled my subscription at 9 AM EST on April 1st, 2026, but the company repeatedly refused to provide a cancellation confirmation email. Instead, they claimed their system was down and couldn’t send one, which is unacceptable for any legitimate service handling payments.

I even contacted Apple, and they confirmed that this developer may be bypassing Apple’s subscription system to avoid fees, which explains why everything felt unclear and inconsistent from the start.

Overall, this experience felt misleading and poorly handled. Clear communication, proper billing transparency, and basic customer support like providing confirmation emails should be standard. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

I actually like Vita it have gems still that I forgot about but I can’t fully play them with the controllers messed up like this but just update the controller layouts also what’s wrong with FPS?? It’s to slow if it’s not to slow it’s literally to fast to the point I don’t know what’s goin on but other then that when you learn the controls and it’s not messing up it’s almost perfect 9/10

🚨🚨First off!!! I want to say THANK YOU 🙏🏾 for allowing me to relive my childhood again! Playing these games that I use to play as a kid, brought back so many feelings. MY QUESTION IS: I tried to share that same wonderful experience with my wife, so I told her to download Vita , and let us both turn the years back!!!! She did!!!! But when she downloaded the SAME APP, the set up wasn’t what’s on my phone!!! CONFUSING 🫤. My last QUESTION IS: Vita cost $1.99 to start or is it every other day? I see something keep trying to charge my card and think is you guys, after I already purchased it once ⁉️

I paid to play these games and at first it seemed pretty awesome. But their save option doesn’t work properly. Don’t give people the option to save their games if it doesn’t work. Just let us play these games as normal. Cuz I got my hopes up and played a game that relies heavily on saving and your save does not work. If you close the game and reopen it you’ll lose your game. This is an okay app for some, but for games that you spend HOURS playing and rely on this poorly coded app, DO NOT use. There are better coded apps that will work appropriately.

This is a fantastic service but I only wish some things would be fixed like the n64 joystick and some buttons are even missing like the B button not working and the A button is mapped to the B button I know it sounds confusing but that’s because it is I’d really hope you guys fix this and add customizable controllers and control layouts
