Hello, I love your Antique app. I am a new user to the app and wanted to try out the 7 day Free trial. I did not have a set reminder to cancel subscription in place before the offer ended. I am very sorry for asking though i just cancelled my coin app accidentally thinking I had cancelled the antique app. I plan to use your service at a later date but not at this time as I have no antiques to use your service. If I may ask that I be reimbersed for the subscription fee as I accidentally did not want to pay for a years worth of your subscription at this time, thank you.

6/3/2026 Seem to be many billing complaints for AntiqSnap. On May 13, 2026 I was billed $2.99 which I thought would be a monthly charge for AntiqSnap. Then on 5/20 I was billed $39.99 and it also indicated it was 'Reoccuring'. I see that most of the complaints above appear to be regarding 'billing'. Please CANCEL MY ANTIQSNAP and close this account as billing and timelines are not clear. I do not want any further charges coming through on Apple.com.
I just signed up for a 7-day free trial period and I want to cancel the subscription now before having to pay.
I tried the app but didn’t like it and canceled in the correct time frame. Will be glad to pay the 39.00 for the first month, but should have to pay anything after that. Not sure what your trying to just me since I do not see a total amount?

I was charged a full year subscription fee yesterday after my 7-day trial period. Thought it was a weekly subscription. Please refund year subscription. Thank you!
I am hereby cancelling my free seven day trial. It is currently 11:04 pm on 16 March 2026, and the free trial will end on 3/17/26. There is no way to cancel this trial on the app on my phone, and I can see that other people have reported the same problem. If you bill my credit card account, I will call the credit card company immediately and tell them not to pay, as I am hereby CANCELLING THE FREE TRIAL.
I am trying to cancel my free subscription and it will not let me do it. I do not want to pay. It is supposed to be free and then you hook us in to cancel it and it won’t cancel! Cancel my free trial, please and do not charge me a monthly fee.
Ordered the 7-day free trial and then cancelled 7 days later. Apple still billed me. When I called Apple using the phone number on my credit card statement, they sent me a text message with a link to request a refund. But when i entered the information, it said that I have no purchases eligible for a refund.
This was supposed to be cancelled but I received an email saying the subscription will be automatically renewed. Please cancel subscription and email me a conformation. Thank you.

I am reporting this app for misleading pricing practices.
The app is advertised as free in the App Store, and there is no clear disclosure during download or onboarding that a paid subscription is required. Only after completing the entire setup process does the app present a mandatory paywall in order to proceed.
This constitutes deceptive “drip pricing” and creates a false impression that the app can be used without payment. The material cost of using the app is not disclosed in a clear and conspicuous manner prior to onboarding, which violates App Store Review Guidelines regarding transparency and user consent.
Additionally, there is no easily accessible developer contact information provided.
I am requesting that Apple review this app for misleading practices and take appropriate action.

In using this to assess value of antique postcards, this app seems to pull from AI assessment of art pieces, posters, books, and other non related items. Compared with another app the estimated worth of some postcards was significantly higher (e.g $50-$150 instead of $5-$20). The source material of the estimate was inaccurate. Do not recommend.

This app noted some items accurately, but others not. Example: two paintings by the same painter, one id’d, the other not. All assessments of worth were considerably lower than previous assessments. Some by 10s of thousands of dollars. I’m canceling.
