Useless for ai ugc video

You are charged even if you cannot use the video. You get charged twice if you want to edit. Despite noting how to pronounce a brand name, it was still incorrect (rendering the videos useless). And despite noting the size, they produced a video that made a 3.2 oz serum bottle look more like a 20oz bottle.

Terrible, a waste of $$ if you want that type of video.

Taking credits without producing results

I have wasted many credits and getting nothing in return. App keeps saying production failed.

No video production yet

I try many time to create a video of my product but every time is says Failed to generate!!!!!
Waste my time and money..

Its a teft

They charche you $6,99 for 100 credits and it stop after you use 5 credits saying insuffisient credits. And forced you to buy a plan of $39,99. This is literaly a teft.

Does not work no matter what object I use I keep getting a product error

They took my money but every attempt at the SIMPLEST ai image keeps coming back “production failed.” What a scam.
