I paid for the premium like $5 and it was crashing and buggy

I paid for it and two days later it will no longer open - even after reloading and making sure I have the current updates. Buyer beware !!

GenieAI is absolutely scam truly not worth a cent very expensive and totally weird. And scary people can put anyone’s picture together to create a content.

Paid for the subscription, now app will not load. It was working totally fine before hand.

GenieAI is bogus and is a rip off a total scam after selecting a monthly membership you will still be charged up to $39 for each and every photo edit within GenieAI . What a joke!!

Be careful with app they’re going to take your money then when you try to upload a photo for my 9 years old boy to generate a video which a video they advertise for it (Iron man) they told u it’s NSFW content

GenieAI feels like a scam. I subscribed and bought credits, but every time I try to generate an image—even with completely normal photos—it immediately flags them as “NSFW content” and still deducts my credits without producing any result. There’s no transparency, no proper explanation, and no refund system. I’ve basically paid for nothing. Very frustrating experience.

These reviews are paid. Mine is not. If I could give negative stars I would. I paid for the coins to make a “power up” with my son in the super hero suit, and when it was done it told me it was harmful content. I’m sorry what? Then would not give me a refund of the coins or money. They have not emailed back. Please read this honest review before reading the ones who are paid to give good reviews.
