Only way to make decent profit is taking the unrealistic underdog

Update 1/6/2026: They decided to give me the $25 first trade match bonus a couple days later.
App is terrible in more ways than that.
1. They refused to honor a sign up offer they offered on my account btw, because I created my account 2 days before the offer promotion started though I never deposited or traded. On top of that, 4 statements were made saying I was eligible, not mentioning anything about sign up. They decided to stick to what was tucked nice and compactly in their terms and conditions, about 20 paragraphs down.
“during the Promotion Period, you must: (i) register for a new Fanatics Markets IB account; and (ii) make a "Qualifying Trade" during the Promotion Period. A Qualifying Trade is your first trade placed using your cash balance after registration.”
2. Tough to understand what payout you are getting until you click on each outcome you are considering and you can’t change it to decimal or American right now. Some lines are literally close to -130 on both sides of the spread when you consider the “fees” they charge for deposits and each wager/trade.
3. 2 factor text message/email every time you log in even with Face ID!
4. I won my first trade thankfully. The withdrawal to my card was faster than draftkings predictions and Polymarket.
