Virtual Staging AI Real Estate Reviews

First time I used VirtualStagingAIRealEstate it was great. Now I’m trying to use it again but having trouble getting it to work. I updated VirtualStagingAIRealEstate to fix the bugs that were changing the view of the room and it is not fixed. I have spent all my credits trying to get it to stage the room and it is still staging an entirely different room than the picture I uploaded.

VirtualStagingAIRealEstate removed stair railings and put a floor where there was a set of stairs. Very disappointed with results and the time I wasted trying to get modifications on the pic.

I can’t even reset my password to cancel the subscription. By the way, you lose whatever credits you have once you cancel. This company and app are terrible. Customer service is non existent. What a rip off. Don’t waste your money.

VirtualStagingAIRealEstate is terrible at staging, does not listen to specific instructions and the furniture placement makes zero sense. Blocking walk ways, living room set up in a hallway. Extremely frustrating paying money for something and it not doing what is specifically asked.

Does not stage furniture accurately at all. It put two beds next to each other in the same bedroom and does not know how to stage according to room. Complete waste of time and money

Do not waste your money. It erases steps, windows you name it. Then you lose a credit to redo it . It’s a complete scam. Chat gpt is better wayyyyyyy better

VirtualStagingAIRealEstate is no good. It doesn’t do well decipher what’s what in a photo. I put a photo of a kitchen/dining room and it put a table in front of the island instead of where the dining room lights are clearly where a table would go under. You can’t move anything to put it where you want it. It put a picture over a window. A hand towel next to a window above a toilet, nowhere near the sink. It could be good, but it definitely needs work. And I feel like you should be able to move stuff or delete things when it doesn’t make sense.

I purchased VirtualStagingAIRealEstate with confidence based on the rating. Most of my pics came out well, but a few because it AI were not usable. I tried locating contact info to see if they would reissue credits for the images I can’t use, but there is no way to reach them. I reached out to Apple who reached out to the developer for help and they decided my claim for even a partial refund.

I really like VirtualStagingAIRealEstate but the credits thing is kind of ridiculous. Just charge a monthly fee. And also, why can’t we do a redesign with the same credit if we don’t like what was created?

I really like the virtual designs, they are great, however I dislike that if you are not satisfied with the result there is no “do-over.” You have to pay for another credit. They should consider changing this!

This is the ONLY AI staging app that ACTUALLY works taking into consideration everything you’re asking it to do. BRAVO.
