I had a terrible experience with this gift card exchange app. It claims to offer a safe platform for exchanging gift cards, but it's a haven for scammers and fraudsters. I tried to exchange my gift card, hoping for a smooth transaction, but instead, I encountered multiple attempts to scam me.
The app's verification process seemed lax, allowing dubious individuals to operate freely. I received countless suspicious messages from users trying to trick me into sending my gift card details before payment. Despite reporting these incidents, there was little to no action taken by the app's support team.
Furthermore, navigating through the app was frustrating, with glitches and slow response times adding to the poor user experience. I strongly advise anyone considering using this app to beware and exercise extreme caution. It's disappointing that such platforms exist without adequate security measures to protect users from fraudulent activities.

I had an account with them and there was money on it only for me to upgrade it and my account has vanished with the money Please do not in anyway download or upgrade this app.. they’re scammers, they will make you feel comfortable and then rip you off Oga Amos abi wetin dem Dey call you, no matter how much you make from ripping people off their hard earned money, your generation will never know peace You will all cry when it does and when it doesn’t matter 🤬

I have only traded two times in this app and it was successful, this week on Wednesday I have a $50 razer gold new card with receipt and I loaded it in the app with a 300 coupon, I didn’t track my order cus I trusted the app so I minimize and my notification from the app says failed transaction, I quickly rush to chat the online customer care and they asked for the card tracking number or something I’m not really sure, the next thing they told me it’s a second hand card! They scammed me and took my $50 and they’re insisting it was a second hand card, I will advise you to be careful and cautious of this app, don’t let their rates fool you, they are using it as an opportunity to scam people with their cards, I was truly pained when it happened and sure I have learnt my lesson…
