Every time I try to view the made image 3DMockups freeze
You’re required to pay a minimum of $8.99 just to even get access and see how 3DMockups works. Which is just awful. It’s equivalent to having a store of goods, but everything in the store is hidden behind a blacked out panel. You don’t REALLY know what you’re about to spend your money on.
Exact same thing in 3DMockups. You answer some stupid list of questions, then you have to sign a pact of creativity 😂 before getting to the final side of “which subscription are you going to use before we even show you what 3DMockups can do”.
Garbage app made by garbage individuals.
It does not come with any background besides one and it’s very difficult to add the custom backgrounds
They lied about the features,everything is locked behind a paywall.
the only thing that works is the template that they show you will only get a blank hoodie and putting your designs onto there don’t even fit the whole thing, extremely disappointed and very much wish for a refund.
I really wanted to like this, but it does not work the way I expected it to AT ALL. I spent waaaay too much time trying to get it to work as anticipated but the reality is, it is just not usable for my needs. The 3D aspect is the only part that works. Can’t export, have to buy additional mockups, add credits, etc. not worth it.
Save your money.
3DMockups has a lot of potential but the mockups have lines in them on top of the fact that there isn’t many options to create. Also I tried to restore my purchase and get my money back but it will not work when I press it. If possible I want my money back asap.
Don't waste your money on this, it only has 5 options and they aren't even any good.
3DMockups is initially free but once you get into 3DMockups you have to pay to even use it, then once you do, the options are limited I couldn’t draw add lettering or anything. The only thing I was allowed to do was change the color of the piece and change the background
I was able to make a design EXACTLY how I wanted it and it looked amazing, yet all other functions of 3DMockups are terrible. Couldn’t checkout, couldn’t browse anything, it was somewhat a struggle to add/remove my images, etc. The functionality of 3DMockups just isn’t good.
I came across 3DMockups as I’m looking to mockup ideas to start a clothing brand. It is pretty smooth but it’s limited on apparel items (hoodie, t-shirt, and cap) as I was hoping it might have more options for apparel. I also tried using the Ai generated images feature and it won’t let me download the image it created. Also once you select the apparel item and click “Try with Ai” it fails. There’s also coins in the top right that do nothing, it doesn’t even tell you what they would be used for. I’m hoping this is being worked on otherwise it’s a waste of time and money for me.
Every time I edit my mockup and save it and try to view it my designs don’t show I don’t know if it’s a bug or something yall need to fix every time I save it it saves but then when I go back it’s not there anymore so fix please and thank you.
I bought this thinking that it was gonna give me more options than it does. It literally has a cup hat, hoodie, and shirt option. I don’t think it’s worth the price. It also will let me upload to my shirt but it struggles to put it in the center and I can still see the cropping lines and I cannot figure out how to get them off. Also, you have to hit the record button in 3DMockups to actually get the 3-D rotating recording. I hate I purchased this before trying it out first. But I thought purchasing it would give me more options.
Being that the colors don’t actually match the input design, it really becomes a discussion with customers when trying to use it as a sales pitch. It’s not quite there yet !!
3DMockups is good but it won’t let me purchase the mockups keeps giving me error signs
