No sound at all

I just downloaded the app because I keep seeing awesome looking shows but none of them have any sound at all. It’s not my phone because everything else has audio. Just this app has no sound at all. I can read subtitles when they work but that’s not as fun. So disappointing.

I paid for the membership because it was for 2 years and only got 1. Also had to uninstall the app for tech trouble shooting and now can’t even get the restore button to work! One of the shorts was playing different subtitles! I couldn’t be more disappointed
