This is a remake of an older game. Not bad, but not as original or enjoyable as their other games. Way too much dialogue. No hints. Old game.

I own all of Syntaxity’s Games & I can tell just 5 minutes in this is not of the original quality. I stopped as the requirement to hit Continue over & over started to get on my nerves & I was already disappointed in the graphics. Maybe I can turn that Continue feature off - I don’t know.
People forget that the first games, which had the best graphics of all these type games ever, were created by a different, small developer, I think Lone Wolf?
After the purchase by or merge into Syntaxity the only completely original game has been Bigfoot - not as good. Since then they’ve really just expanded on the complex worlds already created.
Will come back after I bother to finish this one with final review. Not sorry I bought it as the original games are still a joy to revisit.
Had higher hopes though. Wish the original creators of the games were still making them.
As an FYI, I own Fire Maple & other developer games. The early games, now under Syntaxity, are hands down the best. If you don’t own them, you should.

It’s good enough, but nothing very special. It’s kinda short and pretty much the same as other Syntaxity games. If you love them then you’ll probably like this one. They seem to have hit on a formula that they want to stick to, so they haven’t been especially creative or innovative on this one. That’s my biggest criticism…. It’s all pretty predictable and expected. Other than that, it was a decent game. I like Syntaxity games well enough and I’m not sorry I bought it. It kept me busy for a couple of hours. But I’d love to see this dev take their talent and add some more creativity and innovation.
