Within a few games, the most annoying aspects of this version became obvious for me. Matching the cards to the discard pile is absurdly touchy making it super frustrating during play. This sounds ridiculous, but it really doesn’t need to be so particular. It’s not a game of operation. You drag the card all the way down and then back it goes unless you place it JUST right. Also, you can’t see all the cards under the columns. Maybe that’s how it’s supposed to be, I was just taught otherwise and saw other apps designed differently, so removing that ability from play makes it less fun to try to shuffle cards around. I was pumped to buy AcesUpSolitaire but quickly changed my mind after a few hands played. I was hoping to have an app to save me from all the shuffling (this game is addictive) but this one isn’t the solution. I’d revisit it if there were some tweaks made!
