How to fix Violet app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Violet app on iPhone
Update Violet app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Violet iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Violet on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Violet network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Violet not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Violet App
1. On android, goto Settings » Violet » click [Force Stop]

Update Violet to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Violet App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Violet » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Violet.

Fix Violet unable to contact server/ Violet internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Violet » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Violet » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
