Disappointed

I paid for the upgrade before my cruise in order to track other ships. The upgrade was no better than the basic service which was dismal at best. Very disappointed in the accuracy of this app. Spending the money for the upgrade was a waste of money. The updates were so far behind and inaccurate that is was useless. Very frustrating to deal with. Don’t waste your time or money downloading.
My Life 360 works better than this app😆

I’m not sure how this app works but it shows my daughter’s ship out of range for over 48 hrs even when they’re in port. Life 360 picked her up until she was out in the middle of the ocean. I think this ship tracker needs to talk to someone at Life 360 and ask them what app they’re using 😂. And yes I paid the upgrade fee.

Bought this app a while ago and it was fine. They took away info about the boat you were watching and charged an additional $5 to see it again. Nothing new. Just more money to get what I originally paid for
