How to fix Helio app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Helio app on iPhone
Update Helio app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Helio iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Helio on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Helio network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix Helio not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Helio app issues:

Force Stop the Helio App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Helio app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Helio to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Helio App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Helio app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Helio.

Fix Helio unable to contact server/ Helio internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Helio » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Helio » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Helio on android.
