My app continues to say it needs updating even though it is updated.

This app has not been working for months. I have uninsured and reset passwords and checked for updates several times. I call the school they say to call the app number. Noone answers ever!!!

I can log in but the app will not refresh and I made 2 payments and they’re not showing up. It’s still stuck on October 20, 2022! Fix the damn app. It’s been weeks since I’ve been trying to load money onto my child’s account. You people are the worst at customer service too. I call and have to hold for hours and nobody ever answers the phone. Get your crap together!!!

My daughter's my school bucks account on the app keeps redirecting me saying we're sorry your session expired please log in again. which i do and it keeps kicking back to login screen yet i can access the account on my computer.

My app will never open as soon as i log in it immediately tells me my session has ended and that an error has occurred this has happened for the past 3 weeks straight everyday. Someone needs to do something about this asap

My child's balance is low but the app will not work. As soon as I open the app it redirects me to the MSB website, where my info is not stored. Don't have time for this and will be looking for an alternative.
