Official app doesn’t reflect that a central Paris stop has been closed for years

We were late for a dinner reservation and found that the stop presented by the app has been closed since 2017. Luckily the taxi rank was just outside the station. Deleting this app now.
Bad App

Searches result in bad routes. Better off using regular RATP APP or even google maps does a better job of routing you on Metro/ Bus etc from your location to destination.
Could be great, but fatal flaw

Recently used this in Paris. My biggest problem when learning a new city's subway is figuring out which direction to take on a particular line. This app is great for that, it clearly tells you what line to get on, and the direction to take. But it is fundamentally broken, where I was unable to use it for the majority of my time in Paris. My hotel was right by RER C line, which is closed for construction. I know, because the app helpfully gave me a popup telling me it was closed. But when I enter in anything to/from the hotel, the directions were still dependent on RER C. There is no option here for alternate routes. It would be nice if real time closures were programmed into the logic. Afterall, the app already knows about them, since they tell me on a popup screen! Or give multiple route options so I can plan around my closed line.
