Ridiculously expensive remote and nothing special at all. Advertised as free but only free for 3 days and then it’s $29.99

Said I wouldn’t be charged for 3 days, charged right away!

I spent $30 on UniversalTVRemote, hoping it would let me turn my tv volume up/down. It does not do that. I need a refund immediately.

These 5 star reviews are completely fake. This remote is trash. By the worst! It disconnects on its own and I have to restart my phone over and over again just to get it to connect, only for it to disconnect again.

THEY SAID THAT IT WAS FREE BUT THEN IT WANTS YOU TO PAY TO USE THE REMOTE

They tell you that you can cancel any time but make it unclear and difficult to do so

UniversalTVRemote was advertised as free in an Apple News article but it is only “free” to download and for the 3 day trial - then it’s $29.99 PER WEEK! I deleted it immediately. Cheaper to buy a new remote.

UniversalTVRemote does what it says, it is an actual universal remote but it only lets you press a few buttons before being locked behind a paywall and telling you to buy a subscription to press more buttons. I find this funny because I could likely buy a remote off Amazon for the same price as the subscription but only pay once instead of every week

Have stuff from years ago only app i use

I love UniversalTVRemote for two reasons. 1 I love to mess with my brothers and this is just priceless
2 it just easy to be on my phone watching tv and bam an add and I just go to UniversalTVRemote and then it’s gone
