All of my work communications happen in Zinc. It’s a great app that constantly gets better and better. No matter who I need to talk to, they are just a click away. I don’t need anyone’s phone number and whenever we work with contractors they can be instantly added to our conversations using their email address. Couldn't imagine working without it!

Use Zinc everyday to commute and share files. Love how easy is to get things done and reach all my teammates.

Video calls are sharp and instant. Group messages keep things going.

I plan on developing VR MMOs someday, I use my iPads when im out an about since I don’t want to lug around my 50pound desktop (actually I do, but people would probably question my sanity). I have hopes this will be very useful to me when I find or build a team to work with.

I use it every day, it’s fast, easy to use and reliable. I do calls, share files and chat with my team everyday, it helps me do my work every day!

I have to delete and reinstall ServiceMaxZinc at least once a week because it stops sending me notifications. Unreliable.

We are using it in our workplace and it’s great. It would be nice to have ServiceMaxZinc for Mac desktop.

I miss so many Sunday meetings as my company is around the clock. Please update the Do Not Disturb option to add the ability to set your own time for when Do Not Disturb ends. (Instead of just Monday at 8)

ServiceMaxZinc is a hit and miss. Always crashing and it lately it’s been logging me out every single day.

Why did u sign me out of my app then tell me that my free trial is over????? I’ve had ServiceMaxZinc on my phone for a long time and I need it for work!!! This is how I communicate with my nurses and coworkers for my patients!!!!!

A constantly changing brand isn't enough to erase the stink of CoTap/Zinc from my phone

Unsure how I got things done before I started using Cotap. Working remotely as a freelancer, it's really great to be able to connect and message people across different companies. Scheduling meetings happen within minutes rather than the back and forth of sending emails that can take a day or two. Dropbox sync = super fast gift sharing for some work shenanigans! Public group links are great too as a way to start conversations around conferences, dealing with a crisis or even commentary on a blog post. Cotap is packed with heaps of useful features shown in a beautiful, minimal design. Getting things done has never been easier. ＼(*´▽｀*)／

We use Cotap internally. Me and my coworkers are so much more responsive on Cotap than on other communication tools. When there's important information to communicate or something fun to share, sending it using ServiceMaxZinc means everyone sees it very quickly. I use file sharing to communicate project plans and know everyone can see it right away, wherever they happen to be working.

ServiceMaxZinc will prompt you to allow access to contacts - when you grant it, ServiceMaxZinc will then send email out to everyone in your contact list, asking them to join Cotap. If your contacts include a global address book for your company (like most users that carry an iPhone for work), everyone in your company will get email. It combines the mail server debilitating capabilities of a worm virus, with the indoctrination methods of a cult, in convenient app form.
Also, why ServiceMaxZinc is better than any other commucation tool is far beyond my comprehension. SMS without phone numbers is about as innovative and useful as instant messaging or email without phone numbers.

Running a small business with several locations and employees scattered in different locations is a challenge. CoTap helps to bring us together and boosts communication.

We previously used personal texting among employees. One problem with this is the awkwardness of asking employees to use this form of communication for business. Not everyone likes giving their personal info to fellow workers, no should they.

Another problem is mis-texting. Enough said.

Cotap is designed and geared for business texting. It's a first rate app with lots of functionality that makes team and group texting easy and intuitive.

I honestly can't say enough great things about Cotap.

If you have a business, you need Cotap.

I love concept of auto finding your coworkers by email domain but once it's done that it's pretty much all it does. You can't send a picture or file. You can't even delete or achieve a chat box. I just can't get my head around why a company would release such a bare bones basic app in 2013 ServiceMaxZinc isn't starting a new genre there are 100 group chat app out already packed with features and this is released with almost nothing. I really hope a big update is coming very soon. Or this thing is dead in the water

ServiceMaxZinc has some stellar features and works well when you're working from your Mac at the office or even from your phone on the go.

I wish it would rotate if I rotate my phone horizontally. Sometimes typing with the phone right side up is cumbersome. Thanks for the sleek summer update!

Very useful app for communicating and coordinating with my team, whether on-the-go or in the office. Nice to have both text and voice. We've seen a drop in internal email traffic as many things can be shifted out of the inbox to a better channel. Been a nice boost for our team!

I use Cotap to keep my team of distributed Customer Success Managers connected with each other. It makes us all feel like a much tighter team despite being spread around the United States. The support and attention we get from Cotap staff is world class. They really understand how to partner with companies.

I use this for work and all my fellow employees are on it. This is good since I don't have to add them to my personal contacts. I can simply open cotap and shoot them a message. Really great that I don't have to bog down my phone with additional (really un-wated contacts). Thanks cotap.
