I tried emailing to ask for cancellation but I get the same response every time to use the app. I can logon with my email address but can’t cancel using the same email address. They just tried to renew the subscription again. This is a scam. Don’t sign up.
You just charged my account when I asked to cancel my subscription. The email you listed returns an auto response every time and when I try to cancel through the website, it says my email is not found when it’s the same email that I use to logon to the account. This is a scam. Cancel my account.

I have tried multiple times to get in touch with someone. I have not been using the app. It does not do what I was wanting it too. I would like to cancel my membership and have not been able too. Emails go unanswered. I am going to contact my bank next and try and cancel my payment. $30 monthly is a bit pricey and it has been many months of payments when I don’t need it. I didn’t want to write a bad review but I am not getting anywhere.

Even if you cancel this, they still charge your card
You have to contact them through their website or email to cancel the subscription doing it on your phone in the subscription area does not work. Total rip off.
Update: I have contacted customer support and received the message that they are very busy and it may take longer times to respond. It’s now been two weeks with no refund or response.
