I downloaded Dreamona and paid the 4.99 subscription fee and could not get Dreamona to make an image. I tried two times and waited hours. When I click on the image it says “This work is not ready for preview”

Downloaded Dreamona and paid the 49.99 lifetime pro access. Well, I upload the image to make a Live Photo and it just keeps saying the art work isn’t available. Then the project disappears. Very disappointed

I downloaded this seeing an ad on Instagram. I like to try before I buy. I uploaded a photo added a simple prompt for animation- and it got 100% after an hour and when I clicked on the video to see the preview or download- I only get a message saying its not ready. I waited another 30 minutes, same results. Closed Dreamona , reopened it and it started over. This time, I kept Dreamona open and it got to 100% again in about 15 minutes, but again can’t see it, can’t download it. The UI in terms of tips/intuitiveness are non-existent or flat misleading. Dreamona should tell you to stay in it, and not say 100% done but not be actually done, and it should give some FAQs to answer questions. No way I would go Pro even though I like the lifetime offer. Until they add more templates, fix usability and FAQs, and actually allow you to try before you buy, Dreamona isn’t ready to have ads on Instagram.

Very clunky working app for about two days I’ve been trying to upload the same picture to where it only gets to 100% and never gives me a full photo to video rendering , it has worked before but then it seems as if it’s on and off most of the day to where you very seldom are able to get a real picture off their servers or however, it’s working because your picture will just render all day and never give it to you but yet you’re paying for it. I will find another app that Ashley works right 100% of the time instead of working 20% of the time.

I paid for pro access, which seems to be the only way to make Dreamona functional beyond the single use trial. Makes it weird to call it pro when it’s the only level of access. Anyways, I am not able to use Dreamona at all because it tells me the photos I’m trying to animate contain “sensitive content”. Maybe for a nun. The photos are of fully clothed women and there is nothing even remotely sensitive in them. Do my subjects really have to be wearing a turtleneck sweater for Dreamona to work??? I guess so. Ugh.
