Hi I bought the lifetime license today and the Dreamona app is not working It goes straight to screen saver and will not allow me to upload photo Please advise Thank you Paul B

How to fix Dreamona app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Dreamona app on iPhone
Update Dreamona app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Dreamona iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Dreamona on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Dreamona network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Dreamona Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Dreamona not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Dreamona App
1. On android, goto Settings » Dreamona » click [Force Stop]

Update Dreamona to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Dreamona App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Dreamona » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Dreamona.

Fix Dreamona unable to contact server/ Dreamona internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Dreamona » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Dreamona » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Dreamona
