Hi I bought the lifetime license today and the Dreamona app is not working It goes straight to screen saver and will not allow me to upload photo Please advise Thank you Paul B

Dreamlux iPhone Issues and Solutions

How to fix Dreamlux app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Dreamlux app on iPhone
Update Dreamlux app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Dreamlux iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Dreamlux on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Dreamlux network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Dreamlux Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Dreamlux not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Dreamlux App
1. On android, goto Settings » Dreamlux » click [Force Stop]

Update Dreamlux to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Dreamlux App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Dreamlux » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Dreamlux.

Fix Dreamlux unable to contact server/ Dreamlux internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Dreamlux » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Dreamlux » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Dreamlux
