I was looking at your site yesterday and inadvertently subscribed. I rec'd an email receipt this morning showing $43.20. This was an error; I did not intend to subscribe. I'm requesting your refund of $43.29. Order #MXKZS5TFDF Document #862132682700
I show that I have a 1 yr subscription for $39.99 but am also being charged $Monthly $4.99 so I want to know why? If I have been paying for the app monthly and also annually, I will need you to refund my monthly charge starting when I made the payment for the annual subscription. Thanks in advance for your assistance in this matter. We do use the app all the time.

Terrible Accuracy

I scan multiple items and this app got them wrong every time. Another problem is the value it gives is a very wide range so obviously the value of the item will be somewhere within that range. Another problem is that we cannot zoom in with the camera before scanning the Antique. This is a terrible app. I would not use it or purchase it.
