My wife purchased the skylight tablet for our kitchen. We are hoping to make the kids more responsible and reward them for doing chores above & beyond. This app is compatible with the device but the rewards system is awful. At first I couldn’t figure it out but this works in reverse. I have to give a bunch of stars to my kids and then when they do a chore and redeem it, it subtract it from the star count- what??? I should be able to give me kids stars for tasks, this method makes no sense and we gave up on it after a few weeks. In addition when completing a task it adds it right back on. Yes we want it on but for the next day, once you redeem a chore it should not repopulate until next day. Very messy, support seems lacking. Also, the app stopped syncing with my personal calendar, the only way it adds events now is if I delete the calendar and manually add it back.

After 8 months my calendar has stopped working. I have to unplug it and plug it back in, then it will turn on and go to the calendar, within a few hours it goes to a welcome screen and stays there until I unplug it again. Sometimes it just goes to a black screen and the only way to get it to work again is by unplugging it. I’m very disappointed, I paid a good amount of money for this calendar. I have reached out to customer service several times and am just talking to a robot who says they will escalate my case and contact me, I’ve never heard from them and can’t find a phone number or other customer support option.

A few months ago, an update was installed and the next day, the device didn’t wake from its sleep. I’ve unplugged the device, reset the device and tried other plugs; it failed to resolve the issue. I contacted customer support and provided all that was asked, but they never responded after that. At the time of this post, the device has not been working and I don’t have the desire to continue to try and resolve it. The lack of communications is undesirable. On a good note, it works as a calendar. On a bad note, it has trouble with recurring events that have no end dates.
